The staff is great
I gave the swim school a score of 10 because the coaches are very patient with the children. They are also attentive and I like how to give feedback after every class always ending on an encouraging note to keep the child going. I'm glad that we came back to the swim school!
The instructors are good with kids. The admin team is awesome and accommodates last minute plan changes with no comment. Really good team and makes it great for us. My daughter is learning well to swim here.

Love lessons with Coach Dan! I feel like my son has really learned to love swimming because of our classes. It is a really great bonding experience to be able to swim with him. When I was childless I honestly thought Aquatots was a silly business, but that is because I didn't know any better. In actuality is a wonderful business and swimming skills are so important and life saving. I feel like this facility is helping my child develop an important safety skill and its so fun instilling a respectful love for the water, with my son.
My daughter is progressing well with her lessons and comfortable in the water now.
We have loved our time so far at aqua tots! I wish we could increase our frequency but unfortunately it’s a little too expensive to do. Our instructors have been wonderful and she feels much more comfortable in the water.

Placing hooks on the bathroom doors would be helpful as it can be challenging to hold items while helping a child use the facilities. Thanks!

I Can't say enough wonderful things about Aqua-Tots!
My son is autistic, and when we first started lessons, he refused to get into the water. Instead of giving up or assuming he just didn't want to participate, the manager took the time to understand what was making him uncomfortable. Once we realized he was afraid of his instructor's tattoos, they immediately found another instructor who made him feel safe.
From that moment on, everything changed.
Yesterday, my son floated on his own and is learning to put his ears in the water as he works toward holding his breath. Watching him gain confidence has been emotional, and as an autism mom, I couldn't hold back a few tears.
Thank you to the entire Aqua-Tots team for your patience, kindness, and willingness to meet children where they are. You're not just teach my son swimming skills—You're helped him build trust and confidence. That means more than words can express.

The instructors are always so friendly and know my little one by name. It is such a positive environment and we look forward to it every week! She is already starting to improve over the month we have been here. We start every lesson in a timely manner which is great when we have plans later in the morning.
