We love the facilities and all the staff. Everything always runs so smoothly. The only things that detract from giving a 10 is that there are not enough washrooms when it’s very busy and of course instructors can be absent from time to time but ours has missed 4 of the last 6 lessons which for a 3 year old is confusing. Otherwise the lessons themselves and the feedback we get each week are great!

Instructors are very helpful and patient to my daughter and give tips to help us parents work on skills at home. Staff at front are kind and helpful even when I am running late to class!

Coach Skyler and Giselle have provided wonderful swim lessons to our daughter. Our daughter has a smile on her face the entire lesson and she sings all the songs. The facility is very clean and well taken care of . Highly recommend aqua tots !
They’re trusting and really polite and they don’t just have a swimming pool indoor they also have a coffee machine and water and some equipment you can buy and so many seatings
Aqua tots have taught my baby how to put his head under water and also how to lift and get into water
My girls have learned so much more since we joined, we are so happy we switch swimming schools a few months ago.

It is a well run operation. We started with many different instructors but have had some consistency for the last few months and it has paid off! Coach Isabel is the best!

How the staff is considerate to my child's needs and importance for learning water/ pool safety. They are courteous ,listen to any concerns I might have and I also appreciate that they keep the facility clean.
