Clean, not crowded, personal, friendly, children visibly becoming more comfortable in the water each time
The staff are so kind, supportive, encouraging and personable from the front desk to the water. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are always clean and I enjoy our time weekly.

All the staff are not only professional but also very kind to the kiddos. You can truly see the progress week after week. You receive feedback in every class. This is an incredible place.

It's a good, safe place for our children to learn an important life skill. However, I must say some coaches do not spend equal time with each child in the class.

Flexible class schedules, no issues in providing make-up classes, good curriculum and good vetting of teachers.
Our child has a great coach! Coach Mya gives so much praise and positive encouragement that has helped to boost our child’s confidence so much. She also gives clear instructions and keeps it fun which has helped our child build their listening skills as well. Our child is always excited for his class with coach Mya.

The swim teacher are very knowledgeable and caring. My great grandson is advancing very nicely.
The coaches have been wonderful. Our daughter, Maya, was very nervous about getting in the water for the first month or so, and all of the coaches struck a great balance between comforting her and challenging her to face her fears. I feel that the Aqua-tots website could improve (sign-in especially), but everyting about the Edina location has been ten out of ten.

Chris is a wonderful teacher. We have seen him scaffold lessons based on the needs of both our kids and their skill level. We have had a few other teachers during makeup lessons and they have been great too. We do like the consistency
Everyone is so kind and friendly as soon as you walk in the door! Coach Lain and Coach Mel work so well with my kids and they love their coaches!! My kids are ALWAYS excited to go to swim school. Keep up the great work!

Child friendly facilities and the environment
My kids are learning a lot and enjoy going to these swim classes.
We love how welcoming of an environment it is! It makes our son so excited to come each week.
The only thing I don’t like about Aqua-Tots is when a child doesn’t consistently have the same coach. We’ve been lucky the last few months to have had Sydney in as long as we have her we will continue we have recommended friends to come to Aqua-Tots who have become members.
