No pushy sales by anyone but I always get email reminders, front desk staff no matter who seems to remember my kids name always. Plus the app checks me in. Always clean and efficiently ran. The staff is very attentive and truly listens to you. The manager is excellent—understanding and supportive. They have great instructors who are not only knowledgeable but also flexible and willing to work with your schedule. Overall, a great experience!
First, the staff is amazing… nice, polite, accommodating, patient, helpful, I could go on! Second, the things they focus on and how they are able to get the kids to stay focus and be interested and not scared is just impeccable. The atmosphere there is relaxed and aimed at helping the kids learn water safety and how to swim. Their ability to confer with parents in what the coaches can and can’t do and then follow those guidelines all while teaching is great. I can say enough about how great this place is! I wish I would have started my kid sooner!
Staff have been great with us and our child. And we can have a make up class if we miss one.
The staff and coaches are great. It took time for our daughter to build trust but now she is so thrilled to see Coach Alec every week. We were impressed with his patience with her when she started.

My son recently started level 7, and I am delighted with his work. In particular, I would highlight his magnificent ability to instruct. The combination of verbal explanation with the physical demonstration of the exercise is a very effective technique; it's absolutely brilliant. That visual clarity is great for my son to learn more easily.
Coaches and Staff are so warm and welcoming to the kids. The encouragement and positivity while teaching new skills really engages the kids. Just Fantastic.

Staff and management are amazing!!!! The swim school is so clean (bathrooms,changing areas viewing area). Communication is top notch!! Wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We love this place!!!!
