Y’all are friendly and responsive. Coaches are patient and personable with the kiddos. The curriculum, how swimmers can pop in and out of lessons and still progress blows my mind.
I did recommend, in person, paper towel dispensers in bathrooms for kiddos who have noise sensitivity with the dyers. I know it’s more to keep stocked and clean.
I really appreciate the friendliness and support my son is receiving. I wish the classes were 45 mins instead.
We love Aqua Tots! Our 5 year old made SO much progress! I would have given a score of 10 if the coaches didn’t change so often. Our kids get comfortable with a coach and the next week there is a different one. This has happened multiple times over the course of several months. This is my main reading for not giving a score of 10.
PS. We love Hans! He was the best coach for us!

Great place and wonderful staff! My kids have progressed and are more comfortable in the water. There are set skills that swimmers must ace before they can move to the next level. Super flexible with respect to cancellations and make up sessions. Very easy to work with
The coaches are amazing! The program also allows for a clear step by step progression so you know what your student is working on and get to see their progression every week!

Teachers are great, flexible scheduling options, my baby has learned very quickly and has so much fun!
My son's teacher is great. She is patient, and my son is comfortable with her. We have had a couple of times when someone else has had to teach the class, and I hate that I don't remember his name, but he was a young man and was super knowledgeable about things I could do at home to get my son more comfortable with going underwater and having water run over his face in general. The front desk is always friendly, and overall our experience so far has been great. My ONLY hang-up is our first class. Even though it may seem like simple exercises to catch on, I wish the instructors would be a little more vocal with first-timers about what we're about to do/what we're doing. This would have gone a long way toward making my son and me feel more comfortable in our first class. My husband said the same thing when he brought our son to a class for the first time. Overall, no complaints.

We absolutely love Aqua-Tots and are so grateful to every coach who has supported our daughter, Advika Last name removed. She started when she was only 12 months old, and she is now in Level 4. Every coach has been motivating, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping her learn and become more confident in the water.
Our experience has been so positive that my husband and I also decided to try an adult swim lesson. We loved it! In just the first session, I was able to get into the water comfortably and float on my back—something I had not been able to do before.
We truly appreciate the coaches and the entire Aqua-Tots team, including the way the school is managed and operated. Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and everything you do to help our daughter learn and grow.
Because the coaches have been very helpful and patient with students, also the facilities are clean, and well kept, the staff overall is friendly and professional.
The coaching staff is absolutely incredible! My daughter looks forward to going to swim class every week! Coach Allen has been absolutely amazing since day one of us starting at Aqua Tots in February! The management and front office staff are always so helpful and kind. In less than 6 months my daughter has become so confident in the herself while swimming and loves the water! All credit to Coach Eliza and Coach Allen for helping my little succeed and continue to love the water and learning how to swim. We were sad to see Coach Eliza head out to her next chapter but Coach Sergio has been excellent thus far! I can't wait to see how my little continues to grow in her swimming skills.
The classes have exceeded my expectations and in just a month I already feel like I'm developing tools that will help my grandson have a safer, more enjoyable experience. Bethany is truly an outstanding instructor, keeping me updated on progress and what needs to be worked on - she is amazing.
