We have had our grandson enrolled at Aqua-Tots in Eagle, Idaho for about 8 months. He was afraid of water and very reluctant at first, but he loves his swimming lessons now! A big shout out to his Coach Kyra and to the rest of the staff. They are all extremely welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots!!

We enjoy Aqua-Tots Swim Schools because the instruction is intentional, thoughtful, and follows a clear curriculum. The staff creates a positive learning environment, and we’ve appreciated how structured the lessons are for young children. The facility is also very clean, and the convenient changing area and changing table make visits with a little one much easier.
Love the teachers and curriculum. My daughter is getting so good with basic swim skills and being comfortable in the water. After a year in class, I feel she’s equipped with the life saving swim skills that we were looking for coming to AquaTots.
I like the progress system they use and, overall, most of the instructors are very empathetic and patient with the children. It’s clear they make an effort to create a positive environment where kids can learn and build confidence in the water.
I’m not giving a higher rating because, although I understand there is constant staff rotation, sometimes new instructors do not seem fully prepared to be left alone in charge of a group yet. In addition, I have noticed areas of the facilities that could use better cleaning and maintenance, especially the bathrooms.
This swim school is structured very well. I’ve always heard great things about AquaTots. I’m so glad I decided to go with this organization. I love getting feedback about how my child performed during each session. My child loves coming here and really doesn’t even want to leave sometimes. The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. This has been a great experience so far.

We love Ms Aubrey! She’s been with my daughter for 2 years now since we started swim lessons. Not only is she a great swim coach, but she’s great with the kids and always has positive feedback for me, no matter how silly my kiddo might be acting during class.

Your instructors. Or the one I go for every single time. Andrea is amazing. She is detailed in her feedback and she keeps an eagle eye on every kid's progress and updates the profile in a timely manner! She makes sure both parent and child is comfortable in the water. Also As a person who doesn't know how to swim, and holding my child making sure he stays above water is a scary experience for a mom. But she always lets me know if i can shift a stance or hold to make it easier for the both of us. She deserves all the praise and definitely a big raise 😁
I love the flexibility and availability of classes. The trainers, Gabriel and Lauren, are so knowledgeable and helpful. The overall atmosphere is great. It’s always clean and easily accessible.
We love the instructors we have had, Cassidy and Bueno. They have been the best. I have seen a huge difference in my son since we started. His progress is insane!!!!

Young kids like consistency, but this location has a been having problems with retaining their instructors. My 3-4 year old has a new teacher every month. That's very disruptive for him and he has a meltdown in the car before every class because the teacher he liked isn't taking classes anymore and everytime he comes to class it seems like he has a new teacher.
The other thing I would appreciate is, if the school implements a dress code for the swimsuits the moms come in wearing. The teachers are in full tshirts and shorts but some of these moms are in a 2 piece skimpy bikini which is very distracting and disruptive for little kids to look at. If the moms were in a one piece with a little more coverage that would be appreciated.
The instructor Sam is amazing. The staff is friendly and makes a comfortable, calm environment for kids and parents. The front desk staff gave detailed information of what to expect as a parent watching the lesson and what the lessons consist of.

I like the way swim instructors handle the kids in a safe environment. Coach Trever and Coach Kennedy both are very good and friendly with kids. All other coaches are equivalently well.

Not only have the staff and instructors been very friendly and welcoming, but my daughter is 3 years old and is still upset and stressed at times with being in the water. The staff has been very patient with her and I greatly appreciate it!!!
