Coach Raven makes swim lessons fun, inviting and safe for all ages! The routine of the class helps students of all ages to know what to expect and be able to follow along. At the end of class, the feedback is super helpful to know what to keep working on.

Staff are awesome
The responsiveness of the staff to concerns is great. Instructors really seem to love teaching.
I do wish there were more level 6 makeups earlier than 7pm or a way to combine makeups for individual instruction. Especially with 2 kids in the same level - it’s a lot of effort to just bring 1 for a makeup (we are 30 min away), and rarely are there 2 makeups that are the same class or adjacent in time.
We always have time at swim! The instructors and staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
The environment is great and all of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable!
The staff are super friendly and know my daughter by sight. The instructors are so patient and work so well with the kids. Will always recommend this swim school.

Change within a few classes with one particular instructor. Veronica is a sweet patient instructor and through his screams and grabbing antics on her neck, she has remained so calm , and show him patience and kindness. He says he likes when she sings paw patrol , I’m guessing she knows this is a great strategy with him. He is now inside the water, and kicking , and has more work , she within 2 classes has made his progress go up ever since he started. The key is consistency and keeping him with one instructor, and she is the best out of all with him , and anyone like him from what I seen. I also like the front desk manager, she’s sweet and so accommodating, and David is efficient , and polite. I love that this school has people that care about kids working here.

We bring our grandson to lessons every week and he always looks forward to them. From the first lesson his instructor made him feel comfortable in the water. She knows how to motivate, discipline and comfort. Thanks Searra! You are a great instructor.

And the rest of the staff have been so wonderful from signing up and understanding how everything works to keeping a very clean and organized facility. We love aqua tots Orleans! Convenient location that is always clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff are welcoming and informative. While there are younger instructors that do turn over quickly, there are others that are fixtures here that we love to see. The classes are small and feel personalized.
my daughter has been swimming with Aquatots of Troy for three years now. She has made tremendous progress in that time. Her teachers have all been great to work with, and she has passed many milestone. It has taught her to have a stable routine and set personal goals at an early age. I would highly recommend Aquatots of Troy to anyone looking to learn how to swim.

The management and trainers are very professional and efficient
We love Aqua Tots! The staff is so welcoming. The owner/manager is also very involved and friendly. Our swim instructor, JL, is AMAZING. My kids are obsessed with him and he is so good with kids. He is also such a good teacher. I’m also so impressed with how fast they are improving with their swimming skills. They have been to another swim school in the area and we weren’t seeing any progress at all but so glad we gave it a try here.
The main reason is that we are overall very happy with the school. You can clearly see the progress on the kids, proof that they know what they are doing. Professional, clean, polite and of course family friendly environment. All instructors seem equally good, but we have spend more time with Hayde and Veronica and they are both amazing.
