Very happy with the facility, the staff and my child’s progress!
I’m so thrilled I love how organized it is how easy it is to get to. It’s clean everyone’s so friendly and if we can’t make a class, we can reschedule. That’s one of the main reasons why I’ve never signed them up is just afraid of missing too many.
Kids have gained so much confidence and they’ve never complained. They always say how much fun they had.

The teachers are very pleasant, thorough, and passionate about teaching the children how to swim. The teachers are also great about giving updates on how the children are doing after each class.
Our little tod has enjoyed the classes. The incorporation of songs and techniques build for her age and ability are amazing. Staff is very welcoming and location is clean.
It seems that my previous feedback went on coach feedback URL, which I am reverting back. However, this particular concern is still genuine- It appears that the number of classes and instructors at this location is limited, especially for Level 3. Because of this, scheduling make-up classes is very difficult and sometimes impossible. I hope this issue can be addressed and improved in the future.

We love all the staff. The instructors are informative and great with the kids. All the admin love Stiles and it makes me so happy when they get excited to see him.
It's a bit expensive, but the care and attention the coaches give to my children are amazing. We've had some really great coaches over the years.
