My kid loves it.
We absolutely love everything about Aqua-Tots! The staff always goes above and beyond and they're always make us feel welcome, especially with my son, who needs extra support. The place is always clean and fully stocked with essentials. I just wish it was a bit more affordable, but extremely grateful for the time we were offered.
I like that the swim coaches are now working to move Ella along, with Nate and yesterdays personalized instruction (did not catch her name). Ella seems to now be building her confidence.
It's a fun and encouraging environment and that works with the pace of your child. We love it!

The swim coaches are friendly and quick to learn the children’s name. My daughter enjoys the songs they sing to help them learn different skills. The building is well kept up and clean. Always greeted when we arrive and leave.
My child has gained confidence in the water. Now, swim is his favorite part of the week. He always gets excited to be near water, but we are fully confident that he knows what to do to stay safe.

Our swim coach is so professional and wonderful with our child you can tell he cares and not only does he care about the child he really listens to the parent and makes them feel validated in their concerns. He actually takes his time to explain so that as a parent your concerns are handled. The front of house team are equally wonderful and helpful for the parents. Of you have questions or concerns and they don't know the answer right away, take the time to find the answer and get back to the parent. The facility is very clean and well organized, the only complaint is that the change and shower spaces are a little too small for those of us with very young ones.
Drew is one of my son’s instructors and he generates a great rapport with the kids. My son is happy and excited to work with him, and he loses his fear when he’s in his class.

Coach Megan is very kind and follows my child’s needs in her class which has made her gain her trust and thrive so much! She has taken the time to build a relationship with her and now my child only after 8 classes can confidently be in the water with out any fear and loves swimming!
The instructors are amazing and so patient. They're actually teaching real swimming skills.
