My kids love their instructor who is Angelina . She is really good and professional . My kids have been with over a year . I could see their swimming and survival skills that are improving . Thank you so much for her patient and time. I also say thank you so much for the front desk staffs who are very friendly and solved my concerns very professional.
The experience varies greatly dependeing on instructor, and this increases the chances of there being an instructor that can work for everyone. I was initially disappointed that Coach Gabby was not able to teach our regular class anymore due to her schedule (she's great! best of luck to her HS endeavors), but I am happy with classes with Coach Christian.
Coach Christian has a teaching style that differs the most compared to other instructors because more feedback is provided during the class, as opposed to how other instructors generally just provide feedback at the end of class. Receiving feedback during class is useful and allows for faster improvements. (I bet Coach Christian would be a great swim team coach!) I could see how this instruction style could overwhelm some participants or why some participants would prefer a more bubbly personality, but personally, this is more in line with what I would like to accomplish with my toddler. Coach Christian also gives tips that I have not heard from other instructors, such as having toddler hold onto a ring during back floats.
I also like that I do not HAVE to download an app and can text to make schedule changes. There's an app for everything nowadays, and I'm tired of it. I appreciate the human communication via text.
It is easy to cancel a class and accrue makeup lessons without worrying about expiration. The flexibility is great.
Everyone is very patience with my hyper active 7 year old.
Good curriculum, coaches are very patient with students and front desk is always super friendly and helpful.

My grandson is making good progress and enjoying the training. He is looking forward to moving to his next level of training. I am looking forward to his next level too.

The teachers are so patient and thorough. They have gotten incredible results from both children who have incredibly different personalities. Scheduling is super easy, and staff is always very helpful.

My daughter is in SNAP and the whole process has been so easy, everyone is very welcoming and the coaches are very gentle and kind with the kids.
I ALREADY HAVE BEEN TALKING TO OTHERS ABOUT AQUA-TOTS. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE STAFF AND INSTRUCTORS. MY GRAND KIDS HAVE REALLY COME ALONG WAY IN THIER SWIMMING IN THE PAST YEAR WE HAVE BEEN THERE. ONE HAS PASSED OFF LEVEL 8 AND HAVE ANOTHER IN 8 NOW. THE OTHERS ARE IN LEVEL 5 AND MINNOWS 2 AND ENJOYING IT.
Staff is super supportive and encouraging to my son. And somehow they've been able to get him to stop crying.

Leon loves his teacher Aaliyah, the space/pool is well designed and we like the flexibility of schedule and booking. The only complaint is that the space, changing area could be cleaner.
We feel so comfortable with everyone there teaching our children the skills needed to swim safely!
My daughter is only 3 but she has learned so many skills and when we are in public swimming everyone always comments on how well she swims being her age and I know she learned all those skills at aquatots.

Love the progress I see my child making. Likewise, the feedback after each lesson is helpful in informing what the child is learning and what they are working on.
Ms. Don is an amazing swim instructor, very patient and understanding absolutely love her. Also, Hannah is very helpful and kind! :)

The atmosphere is so calm, and the staff is so amazing. I love how my son is learning how to swim and enjoying every minute of it.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. Great customer service, friendly, kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and skilled. The lessons are excellent and the kids excel in a timely manner and appear so confident in the water unlike other lessons where they stay in the same level longer than needed as a way for the facility to make more money off their customers.
I tell people all the time that starting swim lessons at Aqua-Tots was the best “investment” decision that we ever made, and it was almost a knee jerk decision (fine with very little research or reading reviews). We knew we needed to get our son (4 at the time) comfortable in a pool for primarily safety reasons. The first several sessions were very hard, as we were told it would be. But the general manager almost mentored us to help us parent our son through this journey. Now, he’s almost ready to move up to the next level, and is actually excited about jumping into the pool.
