The coaches such as Leslie and Dennis have been excellent teachers. The front desk staff have made us feel welcomed every session we come in for training. The environment is also so welcoming that we come 30min early jusy to color and play with with other kids.
Coach Aimee is fantastic! She's so good with the kids and at explaining what we need to do with them. I like that the approach is to teach them to be safe around the water not just learning to swim.

Aqua-Tots is an amazing swim school that truly prioritizes water safety. Instead of rushing through the curriculum, the instructors focus on teaching kids essential safety skills and make sure they nearly perfect each technique before moving on. The structured approach and attentive coaching really help build confidence and strong swimming fundamentals.
The instructors are awesome! They are patient but firm and my granddaughter feels like she has a real friend teaching her.

I have both of my kids in swim classes. My youngest is 1 in level 2 and my oldest is 3 in level 3. Overall, I would say that we are very happy with the classes and material that our children are learning. However, I do have a suggestion- the coaches change frequently and I noticed it more with my son in level 3 class and I do think it would be beneficial for the children for the coach to know ahead of time what the children in the class are capable of doing based off of their previous report card from the week prior. This weekend my son who is in level 3 seemed to have been doing the bare minimum based off of what the coach was directing the children to do. My son has been taking these swim classes since he was 7 months old and this was the first time I have ever had to bring this up to the representative at the front. He was very helpful and he was the one to explain to me that the coach has the kids do skills based off of their progress reports, he listened to me and assured me he understood and as soon as he finished talking to me he went into the swim area and notified the coach which I thought was very helpful and I highly appreciated. Just moving forward, I hope that this isn't a reoccurring issue. Also, I think it would be wise for the management to determine which coaches really thrive with younger kids because sometimes the coaches with the younger kids do not seem to be engaging as much as younger kids need.

I love the flexibility with scheduling. Life happens and sometimes we aren’t able to make a lesson. I love that we are able to make up rather than miss out on a session. I also appreciate the wide range of class times. We previous took classes at the Y. The classes were offered on limited days and times. With multiple kids, we’d end up going multiple days. It’s been a game changer to have both kids in lessons at the same time.
Additionally, with two kids in lessons, we’ve seen a lot of coaches. Our kids do have favorites, but there is consistency across the board in instruction and feedback style. I was concerned about changing coaches at first because it did not work well at the Y. The program here is a complete 180 from that experience. I love hearing feedback at the end of each lesson (not something we experienced at the Y) and being able to track their progress in the app.
Sometimes the coaches are switched without notice. For some kids that's a trigger

We’ve been coming for a year and iv noticed a lot of progress in my children. We love all the instructors and I appreciate how clean the facilities is.
Great coaches, effective lessons.
Overall wide range of scheduling classes. As well as option to make up classes at your leisure. A handful of great instructors, some instructors however, have lots of room for improvement.
The people at AquaTots are great. My son is an excellent swimmer who is comfortable in the water. I feel safe with him in the water when we travel.
i really like the class and there are a lot of classes available. we have some favorite instructors. mostly my tot just loves class and being in the water. Some coaches are really good about offering more advanced options when they see she has mastered something, we really like classes with coach Danny for that reason.

Please turn up the heat in the locker room. It is freezing in there after the swim for both the kids and the parents. Get extra heaters or something but it is truly not a pleasant 10 minutes after the swim. Otherwise - you guys are awesome!
