Student Testimonials
It has been great! I wish that the kids could get in the water a little more in level 3 since I feel that they are sitting on the sideline a lot of the time but overall, I think it's going well.
We love the set up, the ease of changing rooms, the flexible schedule, and the wonderful instructors and staff!
My kids did not feel comfortable in other swim class locations, and, although they were nervous the first few days here, we are now a couple weeks in and they can’t wait to go. I see them making such amazing progress and getting excited to track their completion percentages as they continue increasing in the app. The coaches are phenomenal and absolutely have been the key to my kids’ success.
Since John's very first lesson, I've been so impressed with the coaches and front of house staff. The level of professionalism, empathy and encouragement from everyone who's been part of his journey so far has helped John go from screaming like a banshee his entire lesson to happily entering the pool deck with his coaches, submerging while keeping calm, and looking forward to lessons instead of dreading them. For me, I believe learning how to stay safe in and around water is one of the most important life skills a person can have. I would 100% recommend Aqua-Tots; it's a great learning environment where children gain the tools they need to be safe.
Make the kids feel safe and not forcing them. Every lesson is funand practices important skills
The coaches are wonderful and patient with the kiddos. They provide positive feedback and ways that the kids can focus on to make forward progress. Appreciate them!
We are so grateful to Aquatots for being a place where both my 5 and 2 year old look forward to coming every week! Coaches Mikey and Bethany have been key in helping both of my kids succeed and excel in their swimming. As a mom, I am endlessly grateful for Keila at the front desk who has helped me finagle schedules to ensure both kids can swim at/around the same time, in different classes, every week that we've been in town this summer. When friends have asked where we take lessons, I tell them Aquatots, without hesitation.
The lessons that are taught are sticking with my kids, and they are loving swimming. They ease of rescheduling if needed is great too.
We’ve been going to Aqua Tots for two months and we are very happy with the experience we have! My baby loves it and instructors are very friendly and helpful. Everything is organized!
Môi trường học tập tốt!
Amber. The general manager is fantastic. My only complaint is the lack of wiggle room in the class times.
Everyone is very friendly. The teachers are amazing. If life happens and you can't make it to a class it is easy to cancel and reschedule on the app. My kids love coming to swim class!
We really love our teacher Ms Sophia. She made us feel comfortable with our daughter doing something new that was a little scary her, and for us! Everyone we encounter at Aqua-tots is also kind and helpful. Thank you!
Teachers do a great job working with our daughter and coaching hef
The coaches are amazing with babies
Patience
Great instructors. Clean facilities and with the coming remodel you can tell people care about the students/ parents.
Our grandson has learned so much and truly enjoys his coaches and lessons. Thank you. First name removed
My kids who are both under 5 really enjoy the lessons and the instructors specially Amir who they spent junk of their lessons with made it very pleasurable experience and build the trust with the kids I will be forever grateful for him. Coach Rada , Carlos are amazing and coach Julia whom showed huge compassion when we first enrolled and my little one was terrified she intervened to help calm her down and made it possible for her to continue.
Not to mention Carolina who is very helpful and proactive in helping us all the time this ease a lot on us as a family , as well as Nada and Raya who are wonderful in responding to our inquiries and always cheerful.
Simply amazing he franchise is not a swimming school to us it’s a family and big kudos to the owner for her leadership which created this positive atmosphere.
Staff and swim coaches are knowledgeable and friendly.
The teachers are all really kind and patient with the kids and I feel safe sending my child here.
My daughter loves the swim classes and is making progress in her skills as a swimmer. Professional and clean environment.
Great program and staff!
There are multiple reasons I really enjoy taking my little one to Aqua Tots. The first and most important in my opinion is that all the staff are warm and friendly. I can tell they all genuinely enjoy being around children which is definitely a personal requirement of mine for anywhere I bring my child. Second, as a mom I love how flexible the scheduling is! I love that I can cancel a class if that day isn’t going to end up being convenient for us and just easily schedule a makeup. I also love the option to add on more classes if you wish. All the class times available are just wonderful! And the third thing I really enjoy is the environment. I love the indoor setting, all the convenient changing rooms, all the chairs for family to come watch (we almost always have some family and my son loves seeing his little cheer squad watching his lesson, it really enriches our experience and helps me since we do mommy and me so having it be comfortable for family to attend helps me be able to change after his lesson too) and then the warm glassed in pool is great and helps him feel comfortable and warm enough to relax and fully focus on improving his skills. Overall just wonderful experience front to back. Again if I had to pick one thing that stands out to me as most important, the warmth and friendliness is just the best! Thank you guys for being a great place for my son to develop a lifelong love for the water!
Solo le cambiaría que a los niños que hablan y entienden español los pudiera acomodar en clases donde los maestros hablen español pues pienso que esto les ayudaría mucho mas por el tema de el entendimiento.
Great coaches, flexibility in scheduling , small class sizes more condiucive to learning, and a great curriculum
Great staff
Love the small class sizes, kind instructors, and feedback
The facility is clean and easy for parents with toddlers to navigate. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The coaches are knowledgeable and work well with children and parents. The support staff is cheerful, always greets us and is so helpful. Having the Open Swim time helps with young ones who are needing some fun, unstructured time in the pool to practice the skills they're learning in class. We've had a tremendously positive experience.
I saw my kid’s progress within two lessons of going there. Staff is super nice and helpful, the facilities are always clean and comfortable.
