We have been going here since opening day and my daughter has progressed so much in her swimming skills and is now an independent swimmer. My son is also making huge strides in his skills.
I think the swim instructors are great. They are always in a great mood and really work on explaining to my son and to me what hes doing and where he is. The front desk has always been really great and really nice and helpful.
I would like to say that my phone picks up the Otay Ranch phone number as spam, so they cannot get through to my phone if they called.
Also, they can't email? Which is not convenient.

The dedication from each coach to help the kids succeed in their swimming journey does not go unnoticed. With no timeline on how many classes the kids spend at each level allows the children to master the skills to become excellent swimmers.

Coaches are patient and always kind
The coaches and staff, the class size, and their class structure.
The coaches such as Leslie and Dennis have been excellent teachers. The front desk staff have made us feel welcomed every session we come in for training. The environment is also so welcoming that we come 30min early jusy to color and play with with other kids.
Coach Aimee is fantastic! She's so good with the kids and at explaining what we need to do with them. I like that the approach is to teach them to be safe around the water not just learning to swim.
