I like the personalized lessons and the fact the instructors consider my child’s neurodivergent brain. We have had success because the instructors give him lots of information and reassurance. He has never liked swimming lessons until this year. James is an amazing instructor! My son feels confident and he is improving his swimming skills. The whole team is so welcoming and kind. This year has been truly special.

The front staff and every coach we have encountered at this location has been so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! In particular, my son really appreciates Coach Bueno! As a parent getting to watch the coaches, I would have to agree with my son when it comes to Coach Bueno! He has a special way with all the kids and it surely does not go unnoticed! Thank you to all the staff and coaches at this location!
The front desk staff have been polite and helpful and the instructors have been knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
Nguyên Khuê rất hài lòng và yêu thầy Kết. Thầy rất kiên nhẫn giảng dạy cho Khuê, với thái độ thân thiện, làm cho con có tâm lý thoải mái để nhanh bắt kịp các bài tập. Thầy cũng hay tổ chức các trò chơi cho các con, Khuê rất yêu trò tàu ngầm, chơi thuyền, ném bóng và lấy vòng.
Về phần cơ sở vật chất, thì chưa được tốt lắm, cửa nhà tắm/vệ sinh hỏng, không được sửa chữa, móc treo quần áo bị gãy không được thay mới.
Ca trước tắm rửa xong còn rất nhiều nhiều mùi, đặc biệt các em bé, bố mẹ còn vứt luôn bỉm vào trong phòng tắm mà không thấy cô lao công dọn. Đề nghị cô lao công cần dọn dẹp sạch sẽ/khử mùi sau mỗi ca.
Về phần lịch học, Khuê đã lên cấp độ khác, nhưng lịch vẫn để là ễnh ương => chị em văn phòng vui lòng điều chỉnh lại đúng trình độ.
Teachers are amazing in handling kids and tracking progress.
The instructors are Great, and reinforce what they learn with positive verbal feedback to the kids, The classes are long enough where they learn something but short enough they don't get overwhelmed and my child looks forward to going every week.
Classes are never canceled due to thunder or a rain shower.
Rescheduling is very simple.
We have had such a wonderful experience with Aqua-Tots. My daughter absolutely loves going each week and gets so excited when she knows it’s time to swim. Coach Kari is amazing—she is patient, encouraging, kind, and makes every lesson so much fun. It’s been so special watching my daughter become more comfortable and confident in the water while genuinely enjoying herself. We are so grateful for Coach Kari and the positive experience she has created for her. We couldn’t recommend you guys enough!

First I wanted to tank all the teacher ,e Ben the new ones the are being berry patient and extremely helpful with my son , eben when he is not in the mood too go in his clas , the are so love with him ! And the are so patient with me and explain to when I need help to understand the class thank you !
The front staff is awesome and so helpful all the time I always recommend Aqua-Tots to everyone i know. And couch lamis is the best my kids love her and feel so safe with her she’s very patient with all kids i see. Thank you so much for making us feel so safe

Clean, friendly staff. I have 4 kids with one teacher at times and I feel a smaller group of students per instructor would be more effective
The staff is patient, kind and attentive to you and your child’s needs. They explain everything well and they have routine and consistency for the children which is important
Staff are absolutely wonderful! We have never had an instructor we didn’t like and they are so great with our son.

We love the coaches, flexibility, accommodations for families and busy schedules, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects and they’re happy to help with almost anything
Instructors are so good with the kids, beautiful and clean facility, thoughtful chair setup for parents and the colouring station for littles. Just overall it’s very obvious that you care about the family experience and how to make it easier. Thank you :)
