The instructor Gabby is very kind and specific to what my baby needs to work on. The front desk staff are always really nice and helpful. There once was a mishap with scheduling a makeup class and they were very friendly about helping me find a class. The app is also very very good. I have memberships in my personal life and the app has never glitched and makes it easier to schedule classes. I attended a TRUNK OR TREAT event and it was very well thought out. The building itself is very kid friendly. Overall, the instructor, staff, app, and the atmosphere makes me look forward to swimming class every week with my Euro <3
Aqua-Tots swim school has helped foster a love of the water in both my 7-year-old and my 5-year-old. When working with a single coach, I find the kids can improve with each lesson by consistently working on areas that they are still perfecting, all the while having fun, as their smiles during the lessons prove.
The front desk staff, particularly Olivia and Maddy are extremely welcoming and helpful. If it weren’t from them, I don’t know if we could even make swim lessons work between hectic work schedules and other after school activities. Olivia and Maddy help us juggle and make sure we never miss a class! Plus, the kids love them!

The coaches are great. I’d give a ten except sometimes classes start late but end in time, cutting instruction time short which is huge when it is 4 children trying to learn within 25 minutes.
Also, it is frustrating as a seasoned student to arrive on time and have my child lined up at their assigned door to see her class going in through the wrong door. If set expectations are communicated, the school and coaches need to follow them as well.
Teaching
Great instructors and facilities, coffee is good (when the machine is working), a bit on the pricey side
Matthew is a great instructor. It is easy to communicate and change classes. They are flexible and helpful.
My child is so excited to see his teacher, Ms. Morgan, every single week and we’ve been attending class for months. He understands the importance of listening and walking at the pool and has more confidence in the water than any of his friends. The staff at our location are so wonderful at navigating any situation that may arise with kids or parents.

Great staff. My 2yo LOVES her class and asks to go all the time. My 6yo's teachers have never been easy on them, and pushes them to do their goal, which I appreciate, as it forces him to improve, instead of staying hesitant or complacent
You can tell that every employee cares walking into Aqua-Tots. It’s clean. It’s comfortable and cozy a place that’s enjoyable to be. The people are so friendly and my children are happy to be there! We are so happy we found you. We’ve had a couple of experiences at local swim schools and recommend Aqua-Tots over and over you all go above and beyond! Thank you!
The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. My toddler is always learning and trying new things in the water and is thankfully not afraid.
You guys are organized, everyone is kind, instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, rescheduling classes is super easy.
We switched here from another swim school and I gotta say the experience is much better, atmosphere is much better and my kids love going.
The staff! Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They are all warm and welcoming. They work hard to assist with every situation and answer any questions you might have. They also keep the facilities clean and well stocked.
Love the staff and Coach Hondo! He pushes my son to do his best and has really progressed throughout this year!

The entire staff is so caring and want you to get the most out of your experience. They get to know the kids personally so they have better connections with them, which in turn helps them succeed during lessons. The app is so easy to use, so if you need to reschedule, you can. My daughter has been going for over 2 years, and it’s amazing to see her progress!
My daughter speaks about swimming the whole week! This would not be possible without her great instructor.
