We’ve really enjoyed our experience the last several months at Aqua Tots! The minnow class with my son is my favorite as it teaches me also what to do in the water! Coach Irina is fantastic and I will say with a few makeup classes, she’s by far my favorite. I haven’t enjoyed some of the other teachers because they are just doing the motion and with these little kids and parents, personalization makes a difference! My daughter goes twice a week and has gained confidence tremendously. Shes 5 years old and in a level 3 which I think by this point she should be moved up here soon and I’d like to see more swimming from her and the same floating, jumping, going down! I’m excited for the next level for her and what this does for her actual swimming and not just confidence in the water! Coach Aarsha and Ernesto are hands down the best! I will be going out of my way to see if they teach the next level. I was hesitant at first with how many young coaches there are to be honest but they are very detailed and kind! My daughter was extremely nervous initially to have male teachers and now she seeks them out when she sees them in the pool area and pretends to do swim class in our living room and be them! It’s truly special! Additionally I want to note Nancy and First name removed have also been amazing. Recognizing us and welcoming with some more personal touches. I’d like to see this from more teachers or staff when they are outside the pool area.
Facility is always clean too! I’d like the app to have reminders more verses so many reminder emails. I’d also love for the app to have some communication abilities for teachers and parents. I understand this could get out of hand but I do think things are rushed with getting feedback after classes and parents aren’t able to ask much because there is another class.
I’d love for the older classrooms to have an option for parents once a month or once every two months to be in the pool with the kids so we can also hear and watch what the teachers are doing. It would help me in the pool with my oldest! I know several aren’t as active or involved but for those of us that are, I’d love this!

Our daughter enjoys the class and has progressed tremendously in just over a month. The instructors have been amazing. Worth every penny.
My daughter loves her swimming instructor the environment . But classes should be minimum 45 minutes not 30 min classes

Both our kids have improved drastically in swimming. They both have liked working with every single coach. The space is beyond clean and the waiting area to watch lessons is always quiet and inviting

We have great success with AquaTots Orléans location. The staff are very polite and always willing to assist. Customer service is definitely a focus along with ensuring a great swim program. Our 2 year old daughter has significantly improved her abilities and we can’t wait to see what’s next for her. Our daughter absolutely adores Sydney and she actively wants to go to swim lessons. Sydney is a fantastic instructor. Her dedication, communication and passion to see every child succeed makes Sydney a very sought after instructor. She not only helped my daughter through level 2 swim lessons, she helped me as a parent be more comfortable with my child in the water. A giant Kudos to coach Sydney.

We are so grateful to have Sjaa as our son, Clark’s, teacher. She is so attentive and knows the perfect balance of allowing him to be comfortable in the water and pushing him so he improves. He absolutely loves coming to his lessons (with anyone) but Sjaa is his favourite.

We are always greeted with a smile and most often they remember our swimmers name. We have found the instructors that connect best with our swimmer and book classes with them. Our swimmers are becoming confident and safe swimmers which means pool time is more enjoyable for all.
The confidence my kid now has for trying to swim by herself while being safe doing it is amazing. She loves all the coaches and loves going to swim lessons every week
All the coaches are effective in helping he child learn to swim, from the very first day with crying or if scared of the water, all the way to learning techniques to become a pro. Many thanks to you all and an extra special thank you to Coach Armin for all yoir hard work!
Everyone is friendly and we have had some amazing instructors. Currently, our daughter is with Coach Mohamed in level 3 and she has really made great progress with him. He gives detailed feedback after each session—a good mix of encouragement AND steps to improve, which we really appreciate!!

Cancellation and make up policy is great! We especially like his coach who challenges him while also making it fun :)
