Quality of instructors
It is truly therapeutic being around kind energy and to get lost in painting. I never needed to check my phone for the first time! haha I can't wait for the next workshop! :)

The instructor was great! I loved her tip about the modified dolphin method of doing a handstand without having to "kick up."
I have only tried three teachers' classes but I have liked all three. The space is lovely but does get crowded.
Teachers are very informative. Provide a lot of explanation of how the pose should feel and how to get into the pose correctly. Lots of modifications are offered up. &I love the natural lighting of the studio.

Namaste has the best in yoga classes with the best of best instructors. The front desk staff are kind inviting and total professionals but most importantly there's no corporate feel To the studio I would highly recommend anyone to come and try any of the classes improve your life improve your practice
