Difficulty in the All Levels/1+ class, teachers do more athletic flows, but also help students focus on breathing and stretching.
I like that there's a community vibe among the teachers and other folks who work there, the teachers are creative and tailor the classes to student requests, and the studio is attractive.

I do wish some of the classes were 1.5 hours...
the energy of namaste is a special and unique gift that I love returning to. The teachers are all so personable and wonderful. I love the art on the walls and the scent of rosemary oil when I walk in. And the teas!!!! :)
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly people
I love the unique workshops and classes you offer, whether its a live sitar, a series of sun salutations, or sound baths. My favorite ongoing class is the Wed. night candlelight flow. Bethany is the best instructor who incorporates meditation with the yoga poses.
The teachers are great, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, there is a lovely neighborhood feel and the classes are challenging and always different.
I love the sense of community and the large variety of classes.
Classes are available at times that fit into my busy schedule. Everyone one is kind, welcoming, and friendly. The teas are delicious. Keep it up!
All the teachers at Namaste Highland Park are excellent & assist each student at whatever level they are at. The students are very friendly. The energy at the studio is terrific! The prices are very reasonable. I'm so glad I was referred here by a friend, I'm so hooked on these yoga classes!! :-)

Beautiful, clean, well lit environment. Very friendly staff and a diverse range of yoga instructors and classes. I like that I can take a class by the same teacher multiple times a week. I love the candles! The price is wonderful too. Thank you!
