I have taken a total of 6 classes at Namaste and have enjoyed every single class I have taken. Each instructor was knowledgeable, warm, and friendly- I love that each have given alternative method of poses, taking into consideration the ability & experience of the class they are instructing. I also enjoy the variety of classes that are offered, the availability of mats to those that need one, and the tea after each class. It makes one feel right at home and taken care of.
Love the atmosphere.... Rosemary oils and tea are a great finishing touch....teachers are wonderful and the diverse artwork!

I love this yoga studio! There is a wide range of classes from challenging classes to restorative classes. All of the teachers are amazing and very knowledgable. I love the relaxing atmosphere of the studio and the tea they give you at the end of class!
Seems to have a solid core of teachers who are able to actualize in their teachings: a high degree of intent towards needs of students; the spiritual aspects of yoga as being what the practice is really all about; a focus on breath as the core of practice; that students are treated as spiritual beings in need of healing. I'd see a solid core of individuals really trying to assist in the opening of hearts and beauty in the world. I see a seeking to get beyond the boring limitations of darkness, bigotry and cliquish fears.
Your front desk is always friendly, the studios are clean and beautiful, and most of all, you have excellent yoga teachers.
