I have been doing yoga for over 2 years; and I have been to other studios; Namaste is the best because the teachers are superb. They emphasize good form in a caring way. The Namaste teachers have guided my growth in yoga.

I love that I can sign up for individual classes online in advance -- this helps me "keep my appointment" with myself! The instructors are all so well trained and supportive of individualized practice. The overall philosophy and approach to yoga is in line with what I believe -- yoga is an individual integrated physical/spiritual practice that is not just an "exercise class".
I think that Namaste is the perfect yoga studio. I couldn't be happier with it. Love the teachers and find that class times are convenient and often -- which is very important to me.

It's close to home and I enjoy the less competitive classes currently as I need to be more gentle in my personal practice at this time.
