I love the new Intermediate classes! I also LOVE the Sculpt class. Overall, great atmosphere (people know your name), wonderful teachers and flexible schedule that fits my work schedule.
It's a great space and every teacher I've had is unquestionably good at what they do. (Though I'm not a big fan of Vinyasa yoga, and that's the kind that seems to dominate.)
