However, as someone who's been practicing Ashtanga for 6 years, some of the classes are not as challenging or as alignment and flow based as I would like in my own practice. But I would still recommend the studio 100%
I love the studio and how close it is to my home. Also the little things like the Rosemary oil, bells and tea make you feel like a complete self care experience.

I attended the free class on Sunday at 12:30. The instructor was great, the room was sunny, but not too bright, and the tea was good.
Everyone I spoke to was so lovely and friendly. The focus of the studio and the appearance added with the service made this a wonderful experience. My partner and I are really looking forward to becoming regulars here.

Many yoga studios feel like they are nickel and diming you and the yoga as a business side of it overshadows the rest of the experience. My short experience with Namaste leads me to believe that Namaste is different. The studio was very accommodating in transferring the remaining classes of that friend's package to me. The studio could have easily denied our request and made a few extra bucks in the process. However, they chose to allow us to transfer the classes. Now they have two very satisfied clients for life.

I like that your classes are at all times of day -- which accommodates my work schedule better than studios that prioritize evening classes. I think your teachers are friendly and welcoming. Bethany led me in my favorite yoga class ever, I love how she structures her classes in creative ways so they are not repetitive but focus on different postures, gearing up for more difficult poses at the end of the class!
I have been to three classes now and loved all of them. I really like the warm welcome I receive when I walk in the door and the classes have been excellent so far.

My instructor, Ani, was very welcoming and freely offered her encouragement (it was my first yoga class ever). The space is great and I felt good after the practice.

The staff is very friendly and the space is inviting. I feel that the instructors have good knowledge of safe yoga practices and I agree with their styles of teaching. It was also very kind of the yoga adviser to call me and ask if I needed any guidance in my practice. I also enjoy the hot tea at the end of each class!
