Enviroment and staff
It was very friendly, and as far as I can tell (first time) a good session. And pretty affordable.
Awesome studio! I love the instructors (Steven, Krysten, Hannah, Matthew, and the new addition Dana in particular) and the pace of the more rigorous classes. Most of the classes are very approachable to beginners and people of all levels. Instructors make appropriate adjustments and modifications, and are clearly well-trained. The front desk people are all very kind and make a concerted effort to learn your name. Chona, in particular, is wonderful. The new additions to the front desk are very nice as well. The equipment and studio rooms are always clean.
Everything: the teachers and staff, the community, the general setting and atmosphere, the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom, the patio area, the tea, the couch, the great monthly membership...

The atmosphere at Namaste is very calming and peaceful. The classes I have taken are excellent and taught by knowledgable teachers. I love the tea after class and the Namaste community!

Very organized, sincere staff and instructors. They are careful and watchful of the students to make sure we are not hurting ourselves. There is a lot of positive energy coming from the teachers and the staff at the desk, which makes a big difference. It makes me want to come to the place more often and to engage with staff more and ask them questions about classes, etc. I've been to businesses were the front desk staff are not always pleasant, which ruins the experience-- even if things go well past the desk. But Namaste's desk staff really cares and is present and pleasant. The community breakfast is a really good idea and humanizes the place further.

I enjoyed the class I took. The teacher was lovely and the sequence was interesting without seeming like she was trying too hard or making the practice weird or choppy. I like your space. It's warm and inviting.
I love the studio, and the teachers and classes are fantastic. I really love Veronica's classes - $10 lunch class is a great deal and awesome class! i will be interested in joining once my 3 weeks are up. thanks! lee

great teachers, plenty of classes, good location
It was my first time to a yoga class EVER! I found Nora to be a very relaxing teacher who made me feel at ease and it seemed slowed the whole process down for those not as experienced such as myself. she also walked through the glass tweaking positions etc for those who werent able to keep up as well. Hoping to come back this Sunday!

the flexible hours (early and late classes). Complimentary water and tea...I don't usually partake on the tea but it's nice that you offer it.
I love the variety of classes Namaste offers but most importantly, the teachers are knowledgeable, genuine, and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
everything..... you guys are great!! Love that you have many classes per day, working folks find it hard to go to limited schedules and your fantastic in that area.
I've done yoga all over the world and this is by far my favorite yoga studio. I love the instructors and the unity in which the studio operates. It's always a soulful and comforting place for me to go to.
