Great classes, great teachers!
Teachers and variety of classes are great. I also, personally, like the availability of 60-75 minute classes (in other words, shorter than 90 min). Fits my schedule better and makes it easier to go to more classes. Also, nice sense of community.
Price packages and membership options plus the variety of teachers. Namaste also doesn't feel trendy or that it's "trying too hard." Welcoming.
I really like the teaching styles and the warmth of the studio. Not the actual temperature, I'm always too hot and sweaty! But the kindness of everyone there. There's no attitude and I always feel welcomed by the students and teachers alike. That's rare!

Class and teacher were wonderful, the perfect mix of relaxing meditation and full body workout. Left me feeling completely refreshed and I will definitely be coming back.

Well -- I've only been once, but the person at the desk was really friendly and I really liked the teacher (Bethany) and the vibe of the class. Even though it was only my second time doing yoga in probably 13 years, I felt comfortable in the class. It moved fast, but gently, and Bethany made it pretty clear that I was in charge of myself and okay to take things at my own pace. I look forward to going back!
The app is convenient and easy to use. Namaste has good teachers and class sizes plus lots of class offerings and workshops. I like how simple, easy, and straight forward everything is. There's no nickel and diming for using mats or props. And the people are great.
I came to the studio primarily for the Metacine sound bath healing performance by Shane Thunder. Discovered a really great studio, properly stocked with quality yoga equipment. There is a gorgeous soothing mural of the woods and an amazing, inviting outdoor space perfect for gathering and meeting new people.
I love the space of the main yoga studio, and that rosemary oil is used at the end of classes, and that tea is served! I particularly love Chris Reed as a teacher - his is one of my favorite yoga classes that I have ever taken.
Fantastic teachers and a wonderful space & staff. You guys rock! I truly love Namaste Higland Park. Thank you for everything! I hope to be back again soon.

Shira is a great teacher and I really like her Tuesday class. There is clearly an intention for each session, and each pose is helping to teach...it's so much more than a workout. I've come back to yoga after many years away from it and I feel grateful that somehow I found my way to Namaste HP. Many thanks.
All teachers are excellent and the rhythm which they move flows well for me. The different level of classes is a asset .
I love the friendly atmosphere. having tea after class really helps with that because you can say hello to people you just took class with. I love that mats are free to borrow so you don't have to stress if you forgot your mat. Also the teachers are really great and each offers a different perspective. The teachers I try to go to consistently are Steve, Hannah, Matthew, and Chris. They have fun yet challenging classes and I feel like my strength and flexibility increases each time.
I like that we can speak to the instructors after the class if we have any feedback. I like the tea they give at the end of the class.
I really appreciate coming in as a beginner to yoga that it was ok for me to be where I was. I never felt like I "didn't belong", love that it's encouraged to take care of yourself. I love that you offer different levels of yoga and different types of classs and that all the instructors encourage props, and you have an abundant amount for everyone in class. And I love community breakfast!
Sessions are available for all different yoga levels. I also like the friendliness and how the instructors are all willing to help you when you are not practicing correctly.
