I like how easy it is to sign in. I love the space's design, and NM's demonstration of community - the thoughtfulness and generousness with which things are done i.e. availability of mats, water, tea, people's artwork. Lastly, the quality of instruction so far, from Sondra and Hannah. Excited to try different teachers. Also, a shout-out to the front desk folks, who have been warm and welcoming. Happy to have a place outside of Downtown L.A., which is a true escape

What do you like about our services?

I love that there is a variety of classes offered from yoga sculpt to meditation. I especially like that there is an intro to advanced course for people like me who want to take the next step but are intimidated (and also just unprepared) to do a full-on advanced class. I love the tea offerings and the commitment to mind and body connection as opposed to 'core yoga' or 'workout culture.' Also, all the instructors are friendly and great and the location is perfect.

I was visiting from out of town, but really liked the atmosphere and I loved the teacher and her vibe. The class was great -- it was nourishing, which is most important to me -- but also a good workout.
