There is such a welcoming atmosphere in the air that is incredibly inviting. The teachers are all so different in their teaching methods which keeps me interested and coming back.
The team is very nice. The teachers are knowledgeable, sweet and approchable; they correct the alignement, which is great. I like the tea at the end of the class, as well as the organic lotion and soap in the bathroom. I also like the green towelettes for cleaning the mats. The general atmosphere and the community are great. I also like the chiropractor on Sundays.
So many class offerings and a variety of nurturing and skilled teachers. An extremely loving environment! And the tea is an added bonus. This is the first studio I have really felt so comfortable.

Close to my house. Look and feel of the studio,affordable community classes. I really like Sandra Odeon and wish she could come back for 12:30 sessions. I wish there were afternoon classes at 2 or 3pm.
I have tried out (stayed for at least 3 months) 4 or 5 different yoga studios over the last 3-4 years and have never felt as comfortable or encouraged as I have at Namaste! I have never attempted arm balances or thought that inversions would be a possibility for me, but your teachers encourage us to play and see how things feel. Although I've been to other classes and studios over the years, I've always considered myself a beginner. I've grown so much in my time at your studio and am so excited when I can feel that I'm stronger or can hold a pose longer.
The genuine friendliness and attentiveness of each instructor and how each take pride in their teaching. The tea at the end is a nice gesture, I love that communitiy events are posted, the variety of classes and work shops offered as well sets this studio apart. Overall awesome establishment!!
I adore majority of the teachers at Namaste and their style of teaching, this is a beautiful studio with a beautiful understanding of yoga and it's community.
