Teachers are extremely accommodating to the students and their individual needs. Love everyone's playlist and the fact that music seems to be an important aspect of Namaste. Also bonus when the front desk gets to know the regulars by name. Community is key. And thanks for keeping the studio clean and cool!

I like the space and location of the studio - it is very convenient to get to from where I live. I love the use of rosemary oil at the end of classes as well as the tea that is served. I've had really good experiences with the instructors, and I especially like Chris Reed's classes. Thanks so much!

Great classes, good prices, and excellent location. And I love the tea at the end. The only draw back is that the practice room is a little cramped.

Veronica's clear and explicit guidance made this an excellent class for any level. It was challenging and safe, the two best qualities for a yoga class!
I took a 12:30 community class with Mathew. It was great. I really appreciated his gentle tone and that he offered alternative positions based on my comfort. After being injured for a year, I really appreciated a kind, gentle environment sensitive to what personal issues someone may be struggling with. The women at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I loved the space and that I could borrow a mat. The tea at the end was the perfect way to finish a perfect experience. I just wish I could come more often.
All of the teachers and staff are fabulous. Plus, I love the atmosphere- folks greet me by name and ask how I'm doing. I'm so happy to call Namaste my home studio!
The website is awesome for one. Getting to read about the class and the instructors beforehand; knowing exactly what you're signing up for. Also all the instructors are rad and professional and the whole environment is just awesome!

The yoga instructors are great. They are kind, patient and inspiring. The space where the classes are held is very inviting. And the class selection and times are almost perfect.
