Different people every time leads to inconsistent cleaning. Some people wash the soap dispenser in the bathroom, some don't. Some are great with the floors or the kitchen sink, some aren't. The biggest issue we have had is that someone left a fair amount of soap in the tub and one of our family members slipped getting into it - leaving a sizeable bruise.

The cleaners are not always as thorough as I'd like. I have found cobwebs in corners, visible dust under chairs/couches, and dust buildup on ledges.
I have been very pleased with the work that has been done especially by Crystal. Today she did it all by herself & she does quality work! Everything was done to perfection! The smell of the products are so clean & not invasive at all. I have breathing problems & they are triggered by the harsh smell of chemicals. The scent is so subtle & clean, I really like it. Thank you so much!
It was nice to have someone now and then to come in and clean. Not sure I would do this regularly due to cost.
I like that I can leave the house while my girls are cleaning my place and come back home to a spotless house. Your girls are quick and efficient. Once in a while they may break or crack something here but I do not have things that are valuable. It happens--so what.

You actually do what you say you will (clean well) and every person I've met has been lovely in both demeanor and willingness to discuss what needs to be done. Your products, as I remember (and hope), are environmentally sensitive and used only when necessary.

I had planned on calling you.......there are things that I was led to expect don't always happen. I know that the girls were here just about a half hour.....these are the things that bug me. The sink in the bedroom area wasn't cleaned. I had spilled make up there and just wiped it up leaving a residue knowing that it would be cleaned that morning......well, that was still there when I got back. I appreciate the bed being made but would like the blankets, etc to be put on straight.....just my thing I guess, but it looks so much nicer without much effort. I noticed that a part of the leg of a small table that is near a chair in the living room has been knocked off and I could not find it anywhere. It was probably hit by a vacuum cleaner. If the girls saw it, I would appreciate knowing where they saw it so I can get it fixed.....a simple glue job. I apologize for the constant clutter here....but I am working on getting it taken care of......I have had several health set backs and have not been able to do as much as I would like to......so I do appreciate what is done for me. The kitchen looks so nice! Thanks
When we hired you to clean, it was with a focus on cupboards, drawers and counter tops that we thought had been missed by the previous cleaning crew along with vacuuming the fireplace wall. It turns out we still had to scrub the counter tops in the kitchen and bath - they were actually quite grimy, and it took going over several times to get the counter tops clean. Both sets of cleaners completely missed the large cabinet under the kitchen sink too; nobody even touched it. We were disappointed that we paid $270 to you and STILL had to do the cleaning ourselves, basically. This failing by two separate cleaning crews made our move more difficult.
I love the personal care from the consultation process to the cleaning. I also appreciate that Merry Maids is committed to giving back to the local community the partners/employees live and work in. Great people, great services!

More detail cleaning on toilets and showers. Need to use a small brush for corners and under the toilet seat rim.
