My home is always so beautiful when I get home
Job is done without my having to monitor as much as before. Not finding pieces of work missing as before. Personnel is friendly. I am very happy with the service
Dusting areas like the bedroom dressers and entertainment center. Also getting all the crumbs in the corners of the kitchen floor.
Your staff are the most thorough and consistent cleaning staff I have ever had and I've had housecleaning help since 1988. Your group is also the most reliable (100%) likely to show up when the contract/agreement states. Also, if something is broken, your company doesn't wait until I notice it but mentions it to me right away. All of these things are invaluable to me. Thank you for all you do as well as your pleasant, funny, and diligent staff.

There seems to be a disconnect between whether we are being charged for a time period or a set amount of work. We understood that the cleaning of our house was estimated to take 1 1/2 hours for two technicians. We questioned the ladies when it was taking less than 1 hour. A better explanation should be provided or we will expect 1 1/2 hours each time.
Do a thorough job. Make a double check before you leave the home to make sure you haven't missed anything or left something not done as required. Don't be in such a hurry. Mistakes are made that way.

Service started out great but has not been up to standards the last three months

sometimes it is hit or miss on what truely gets cleaned. I have had a bathroom remodel going on and the first time they cleaned they reduced the fee to $53.00 becasue they skipped the bathroom which I expected. The last two dated 4/30 & 5/7 that had cleaning the toilet is in there but NOTHING has been touched in that room and I have been charged full price with one whole room being skipped. That has irritated me.
Too many different people were assigned to my house. There was a lot of arguing about how I wanted things done. Original products used caused allergies. By the time my last visit was done I was stressed from trying to tell different people how to clean. I felt somewhat like the trainer on cleaning. One of the girls still did not understand how to clean my stove and could not tell the difference between clean and still dirty. Overall, they did not allow enough time for my house and the girls were also stressed out making it a difficult situation for all.
Friendly, prompt, thorough and effective, Our home looked clean and fesh and sparkling after the ladies left. Great job!

I paid over $300 to merry maids to come out and clean for me. A pipe had burst in our house previous and my husband health was very grave. The day merry maids came out my husband had to be rushed to Harborview where they found he had a broken leg. I was in a very distraught place. Merry maids had specifically told me they had done above my cabinets, we had an insurance adjuster coming and needed everything cleaned we talked about. After merry maids left I got on my counter and looked, nope, they were never done, even the walk through lady made sure she pointed up at the cupboards and told me they cleaned them, they did not, that was a lie. My fridge was supposed to be CLEANED OUT, my food had sat int here for almost a week while I was at hospitals with hubby, merry maids did not clean out my fridge it is gross, I have been at Harborview with my hubby the last week and now I am sure it is even worse. My microwaves were not cleaned out. All of these things were on my list when the lady came out to give me a quote but were not done!!!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I called merry maids the next day and they said they would come out and fix it but I was unable to wait as my husband was getting out of surgery. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED and would never allow them back in my house as I don't trust them now, they LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE!!!!!!
The cleaners were very friendly, I enjoyed them very much. But the cleaning became poorer and poorer over the 2 years that I was with Merry Maids. By the end, they weren't even picking things up to dust or clean beneath bottles in the shower (as an example). I was always grateful for the help, but it wasn't up to the standard it started with.
Our house always smells fresh and looks clean when we arrive back home.
I enjoy the care and attention the ladies take and the nature based products used. I've been completely satisfied after each cleaning!

Reliably thorough and safe
The initial cost was 'WAY TOO EXPENSIVE' ($270!) and I'm very upset with myself that I agreed to it. However, the 2 young ladies that cleaned my condo worked very hard and did a fantastic job and I was very happy about how clean my condo was when they were through.
I have now found another cleaning service that will cost me less to have my condo cleaned once a month.
I think the cleaners are doing a thorough job and bathrooms and the kitchen are very cleans.
Consistent and reliable service
Overall do a great job, but I usually find one or two things that were missed. This week my kitchen looked spotless, except for the windowsill which had clearly been missed and had some scattered soil on it from a flower I had moved.
