I have had 3 visits, the first one was perfect , the second was nothing close to clean and the third one still has things that did not get done. It is my understanding that they are working on it.

More detailed cleaning. Ex. - inside corners of shower door or corners of tub where it meets the tile wall or the underside of a shower door.
You have been dependable and the service you give seems to be doing a very good job.
I like that you ues envronmentaly safe cleaners. This past week the microwave & stovetop looked like new. We love how the house looks & smells after you have been here.

Changing teams. Know it can't be helped but makes it difficult on your customers as well as your employees. I, however, am happy with my present team..Crystal and Alexa. They take suggestions cheerfully and do a good job. There were also a couple of times that you said you would follow up with a supervisor to check cleaning...never did.
Most of the time everything looks great. I like the rotation idea of getting extra areas done on a regular basis along with the monthly ones.
Retaining the same personel
I just like coming home to a clean home. I know I have to do the deep cleaning but that over all when guests drop by it is a clean appearance. Things are dusted and vaccumed. I just have to clean the wall down and the windos. It saves me tons of time.
missed several spots ... did not clean locations that I asked them to ... I was told that 30 minutes before cleaning was to be completed that a supervisor would attend and see about my satisfication ... that did not happen .. I had to do some cleaning myself ... after 4 hrs and $420 ??
I'm always happy with the cleaning job that is done, and I have liked the people who have worked for me very much!

Our clubhouse in Fieldstone is cleaned to our satisfaction in a very timely manner and when required worked around any function scheduled on the cleaning day.
