I like the cleaning products for granite.
The rep. Said that two teams were going to spend 4 hours doing the initial clean...instead 1.5 teams spent 2.75 hours doing a surface clean. They were 45 min. Late from the scheduled time which interrupted our plans for my wife's birthday outing without kids. Hopefully they are more professional next time.
We've loved how everything looks. Can't think of a way to improve. If we know of anyone who is looking we will recommend Merry Maids.

More consistent cleaning from week to week
Anytime I have mentioned merry maids and what I pay it's been "too expensive" for them. I don think it's as much me recommending merry maids as it is them taking my recommendation.
We especially appreciate the professional service we receive and the house smells "so clean" and looks great when we return home! Thank you!
Be a little more observant for detail items. Spots on walls, flys in window ledges, etc. Put furnature/shelf & desk items back where it was after dusting or vacuming.

The service is top notch. My home is spotless when the team leaves and they always do a few extras each time so that nothing is left undone. Kelsey is very articulate and please do whatever it takes to keep her with you.
I like the fact that my Merry Maids are always on time, or if delayed they let me know. I like the fact that they bring their own products and equipment. I like the fact that they get to know my house and know exactly what to do each time. I am very happy I contacted Merry Maids 2 years ago!!!
The girls are great, always on time and do a good job.
Services are good and timely, thus the "8" rating - but I think it is a bit too expensive to make it a "10".
More attention to details, like making sure grout and baseboards are clean.
I like the consistency of the Crew and the natural products use.
Offer a la carte services, like windows and laundry.
I don't know what products you use, but I'm always very pleased with the results!
