The staff is wonderful and detailed

The cleaning was done ok. They did get a lot done. However, there were plenty of missed items. I really dirty drawer in the kitchen was completely missed. The glass overhead hanging lights in dining and kitchen looked like they had just been dusted quickly. They really needed to be washed. Had to do it myself. Had to go through and take a broom to the baseboards in areas. A few other items not what I expected, but a few items I was pleasantly surprised were cleaner than I thought they would be able to get. They did a pretty good job overall, I just was expecting a more thorough cleaning as I specifically said it had to be very clean top to bottom as it will be listed for sale soon.

I want to discontinue my service with you. The last two cleaning were disappointing. Please cancel any future cleaning dates I have scheduled.

Merry maids has been very reliable, timely, and friendly. They welcome input and give plenty of warning and options if there is to be a disruption to service like a holiday

More attention to the areas commonly neglected by homeowners (baseboards, tops of curtain rods and picture/mirror frames.)

Getting a quote and scheduling was very easy. I was so anxious about needing help, but they put me at ease.They did a great job getting my kitchen and bathroom in order, it’s a huge weight off my shoulders. All the Merry Maids who've come to our home have been very nice, very positive and charming. They are efficient workers and do a great job. The products they use leave a pleasant, light scent and are never overwhelming. The whole place FEELS cleaner when they are done.

The cleaners ccme when scheduled, do the job, and leave. Moreover they are pleasant, and their office responds promptly to requests. We like them, hire them.

The people seem well trained and informed about what to do out here.

Tanacia and her team are great, do what is needed, and try to cycle through one "extra" per week.

more consistent good cleaning

I was very impressed with the bathrooms, bedrooms and windows that were cleaned!

It was apparent that nothing on the kitchen countertops was moved as there was an onion skin behind the fruit basket and lots of crumbs underneath all of the items on the kitchen counter.
It also seemed that none of the mats on the kitchen were moved to clean the kitchen floors as there was a lot of debris and crumbs right around the mats and underneath them as well. There were also a few areas on the kitchen floor where the mats were not sitting that had something dried on them that I was about to remove by licking my thumb and gently rubbing the area.

That was disappointing as this is a pricey service and I was very hopeful going into the first visit. I was happy with the majority of the work they did and I’m hoping the next visit will address these issues so I can continue using the service.

Workers are quiet, fast and thorough. Our house is very, very clean.

The high level of quality and care taken when doing the move out deep clean was fantastic. It helped us substantially with our move out time line.

Your deep cleaning service was excellent. I only wish there were a way to reduce the price. It is very expensive, and seems more appropriate for a business than a home. Is it possible to have two categories?

I’d like to cancel using your service. the first time was great, but this time I don’t even know what was done. Trash was not taken out, bathroom tubs were not cleaned, bed was not made, shelves are dusty. what was even done?? please cancel our service of every other week.
