Home smells really fresh when cleaned. They arrive in a timely manner and call first. If something like dusting needs special attention it gets done I love merry maids

When I return home from work after Merry Maids have cleaned, it would be so nice to "smell" the clean!
Also, I like getting the postcard left to let me know the house has been cleaned, but every week, it says that "all rooms" got special attention. I have a 5,000+ square foot house. I know in the very short one-hour time frame MM is there, they cannot clean my house AND give special attention to certain areas.
I was told when I began services that each time one room would have the baseboards cleaned. I do not see this happening. If it is, it would be great to know which room had it done...instead of "all rooms". It seems like a very superficial clean.
We like having the same Merry Maids come to our home each time. They (Misty and Trish) know us and our needs and expectations. They come on time and our careful with our belongings. Merry Maids is wonderful and well managed.

My recommendation is based on the person's needs more than Merry Maids performance. However, the last cleaning we were out of the house for a short time and they arrived and left during that time. Maybe an hour. My husband's toilet had not been well cleaned. Usually, however, MMs do a great job!
I really like Merry Maids, but one time I had a dish broken which you refunded but it had a sentimental value. I really like it the more experienced people clean, they seem to know how to get the floors clean and don’t miss areas as others sometimes do. I realize some people might be having a bad day or are tired and that can have an effect on their cleaning. I am in the afternoon so that could be part of it. Overall, I like them because there are always two or three and they get done in a reasonable amount of time.
Appreciate nice clean smell of cleaning; also the same cleaners each cleaning (at least the leader).
Dust everything including ceiling fans. That includes the wall where the rug meet..
By wearing booties so that my white rug doesn't get soiled. Cleaning the bathroom shower with cleanser.

Trish and Misty have been servicing my house cleaning needs for several years. They are very friendly, We have very good conversation while they are WORKING. They are very competent, go from 1 chore to another with out being told. These 2 ladies deserve some special praise. Name removed

Becca works very hard and diligently to clean our home..... areas we’ve asked and not asked. She remembers also week to week what we like done without being reminded. My husband works from home and is very courteous with working around his office area.

It's a pleasure coming home to everything in order, scrubbed fresh and smelling wonderful!
I like the cinnamon fragrance that is used. I also like the fact that the ladies clean everything very carefully.
Service was just fine really. Bathtub could have been cleaned a little better.
I like the flexibility of choosing times to be cleaned.
