House is always clean, no residues left behind, and always smells nice. I also wanted to say that Ashley N. cleaned the house last week all by herself and did an amazing job.

Everything in general. I like the use of non-harsh cleaners/chemicals used to clean our house. The vacuum marks on the furniture and carpet make me smile. Most of all, I like First name removed the team leader who cleans our house. She does an excellent job!

I've been using your service for about 6 months and your teams are always efficient and thorough. I've been recommending Merry Maids since the very first cleaning!!!
You do all the work, bring all the supplies, send two people, handle all the taxes, etc. I feel I can trust you. Your people on the job are always very friendly, nice, efficient, work hard and always do an excellent job. Your people in the office are also always very friendly and efficient. I like that I can change my cleaning day to fit my schedule. I like that you usually send the same two people so I can tell them specific things that I want cleaned and they will do them every time if I need or just do them once if that is what I need. I like that I can tell them not to clean one room and do clean another room that they usually don't clean or spend some extra time in one room. I like that everyone is flexible so you meet my cleaning needs.
The only improvement they could make is get to the details... behind doors, behind my washer and dryer, in the corners, under the bed... places where the dust and dirt build up over time, but places where the dust and dirt are not obvious.
Not cheap but worth every penny to me. I am a very long time happy customer.
You do a great job and are always friendly. If something isn't done right the first time it is immediately redone to your satisfaction.

The ladies that have been cleaning my house recently are awesome! The small touches, the attention to detail, etc are so appreciated and noticed.
they never clean around wdges of baseboards,they sweep middle of floor.they dont pick up chair or couch cushions and dust,they dont move stuff off coffee tables and clean,they dont clean window seals, they dont clean corners in rooms there is always spider webs and dust left when they leave
I have a dog and it is so great to come home to a dog hair free home. While the floors look good, I do notice cob webs in the corners of the ceiling, things not put back in the correct spots and my bed made poorly. The price is a bit high as well for the service I recieve. I have been quoted much lower rates but do not have the time to hasle with it. I think it would be nice to get some freebies for being a loyal costomer. A free window wash or a percentage off...something to keep me staying.

Merry Maids = Efficiency/Attention to detail
The women are wonderful and they have a great attitude. They are thorough and dependable.
The main reason I use Merry Maids is because they are bonded, insured and reliable. I have utilized private individuals in the past, and although they are cheaper, reliability was a problem. The cleaning is usually pretty good, and I know if I have any issues, they will be resolved immediately. Just last week, I recommended Merry Maids to a colleague who needs a one time in depth cleaning.
I travel over 5 days a week and do not have time to keep up with cleaning. I arrived home very late on a Friday night after the first cleaning and it was so nice to come home to a completely clean house.
Maybe I'm too picky, but I don't always feel like they do a thorough job. I notice that when dusting, most things are not picked up and they just use a dry duster instead of a spray to really get things clean (counters, coffee table, etc.) They don't always vacumm around the baseboards so there is an accumulation of hair along the walls. No window sills or windows are ever wiped. A once over is generally ok in our house b/c I try to keep things clean but there are spots on mirrors or on the floors that they just leave. Most of the time I'm happy but some extra touches would always be welcomed.
Reliable
The ladies who come to my home are very professional and first-rate and do a spectacular job.
Dependable, reliable, service. Even when you send new people, the high quality and timeliness of the service are constant.
I especially like the product that is used to clean my kitchen appliances. I have a black stove, and there are never any streaks left after the stove is cleaned. I have never been able to produce the shine that Merry Maids does not matter what product I use.
My only concern is that I am a monthly customer and I don't know who will be cleaning for me on my cleaning day. I am not usually home when Merry Maids arrives. I have a dog, Daisy, and a cat, Hootie. Both animals are quick to sneak out of the door if those who are coming in or going out are not aware of this problem. Daisy would be very hard to catch, but she is a very gentle and loving dog. I will put a gate up over the family room doorway so that Daisy will not be at the front door to greet them. They may take the gate down after they are in the house. If you would pass this information on to the people who are coming to clean my house, I would appreciate it. No real "chemical " smell.
The service does a great job cleaning but sometimes the bed is not well-made - corners not fully on the mattress.
Giving a call in the morning to let the client know an approximate arrival time. As I work from home, it would be nice to know if they are going to arrive at noon or 3:00.
All surfaces cleaned very throughly and little things picked up and/or folded!!! All maids are very polite and respectful!!!
Pay more attention to details like dust beneath tables or dressers on wood floors.
Pay more attention to dusting furniture and vacuuming nest to the mop board. I don't think the vacuums that are used get close to the mop boards.
They are the very best products ant the ladies are best that I could hope for and do a every excellent job.
Interesting that Merry Maids is using the NPS surveys. Overall, I have been very pleased with the cleaning services. I am disappointed that my regular team hasn't been here in over a month. I would like to have the same tea all the time. I don't like it when it is a new crew every 2weeks.
The staff is always, pleasant, efficient and quiet. It is always a pleasure to come home to very thing shining.
