The ladys are very good at what I want done and very trustworthy. I am glad to have them in my home. The products that they use are most welcome in my house. First name removed
More attention to detail. I have really only been disappointed in the dusting and the rag marks on toilet seats.
The girls are polite and don't waste time getting the job done. I have not found any problem with products used.

The house looks very clean. I feel secure in the level of cleanliness. I am no longer able to clean the house easily myself, and I appreciate the attention that is given to all the rooms.
The house smells so fresh after Merry Maids have been there. I love the way they vacuum my carpets and mop the floors. I am always pleased after they have been there. I especially like it when my regular girls clean my house.
I like Kim, she always does a quality job even when she is training new people. I would prefer to have a stable team of Kim and ??? When you have a stable team they get to know what the customer likes. I am very pleased with the quality And care Kim exhibits.
I have asked for a copy of the work to be done so I can review it with you but have not yet received it. (after a week)
Services......they don't use a mop and that's great!Just be sure to remind them to clean in corners.
Products.......they are all earth friendly and clean smelling.

It is high quality work. i wish there were an online way (a form, or email) in which I could leave messages or requests (like "please be done by 4:00). I dislike having to call and leave messages. The price is a major barrier to being 'very likely' to recommend the service.
Really nice girls and they do a wonderful job. anytime there has been a problem they are so quick to fix it.
Very detailed!Girls were professional & on time. My Floors were very clean from corner to corner!! Appliances shined & bath/shower very clean!! They did miss some window ledges,sliding door track, but other than , VERY happy & have bragged about them to friends!! Such a great feeling having your home clean, & freeing up time to do other things with my family!!
