The services are consistly good and the ladies are always professional and punctual.
offer periodic thorough cleaning; biweekly cleanings basically "run through the middle of the room" and don't address corners, woodwork, etc.

I had called after the August cleaning and ask that the dusting improve - the top of the refrigerator the treadmill, as well as, the ceiling fans needed to improve as it is less than acceptable (would not pass the white glove test); also the entrance rug did not appear to have been swept.
Love the products.. They seem to work really well. I Love that I have the same people everytime. They know my dog and I feel comfortable if I'm not at home.
The staff did a very thorough job, in fact, the overall cleaning exceeded my expectations.

Special instructions don't seem to be followed over time; if we ask to have something specifically not done (like don't touch the dishes, don't worry about taking out the trash), typically that will be honored on the immediate next visit, but subsequent visits require us to ask again.

They are reliable and consistent. My house looks and smells clean when they leave. I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling to meet my needs.

The ladies always do a great job and do it in a timely manner. The house smells very clean and fresh that lingers for awhile. I appreciate the dusting, sweeping and floor washing that are done to the utmost standards and then some if any area needs special attention. The ladies are very courteous and pleasant and reliable.

As far as I and my husband are concerned, we are somewhat disappointed in the way some of our rooms are cleaned. The master bathroom for example is our biggest concern -- the floor is never cleaned to our satisfaction and especially under the counter and behind the toilet. Also the light bulbs up above the sink are never wiped down or dusted. Also, the light fixture above the kitchen table is never dusted. Overall though, they do a very good job with dusting and vacuuming, etc.

Annette and Laura are an amazing team! - when others have cleaned for me and my friends,it wasn't worth the time or money. There does not seem to be consistancy with the level of cleaning from all your employees. Laura and Annette need to train others to make sure the homes are really clean!
I was very impressed with the ladies who cleaned. They did amazing work on some very tough jobs. I would recommend them to anyone who asked due to their hard work and pleasant demeanors.
Overall, I am not unhappy with your service. It is just that not all rooms that I am paying for to be cleaned are being cleaned.
It seems that there is confusion about which rooms/areas should be cleaned. I noticed that the half-bath on the main floor was not cleaned the last time. It was cleaned in July, but not in June and August.
The hallway on the first floor was only cleaned to the edge of the stairs, not all of it.
The garage too is mostly hit and miss. Sometimes it is swept, sometimes not. Same with the basement. I would like the entire basement to be cleaned; the home-office in the basement vacuumed, the half-bath cleaned, the stairs and the bare floor vacuumed or swept.
I checked the utility room after the August cleaning and I couldn't tell if the floor was cleaned. I am not sure what is being cleaned in the utility room.
That is why I think there is confusion about which room need to be cleaned and what needs to be cleaned.
We like the cinnamon fragrance! To date, the ladies have been extremely professional and courteous. It has been a pleasure to work with Merry Maids
House is clean! And, like the " special attention to 2 rooms each time! Products are fine. And,like the pre-set time--and, the fact that they are on time? Good planning.
I found that the service provided was only a cursory cleaning with no attention to detail. The job is so rushed that obvious things are missed. I also find that while Merry Maids spends a lot of time seeking feedback, they do not actually make any effort to improve. I terminated my service today and was not even asked why I was terminating. Some examples of the issues I had are: I found a stain in my toilet after a recent cleaning which remained after the subsequent cleaning. I had to clean it myself. I also noticed a dead fly on the white marble fireplace hearth just before my last clean and it was still there after the clean despite the living room being a "special area of attention" for that clean. I was recently embarassed by cobwebs hanging from my dining room light fixture when I had friends over to dinner the day after a cleaning. There has been no effort to remove scuff marks from floors. The kitchen sink was left dirty on at least one occasion.
