I love the way house smells when your staff is finished. I have been pleased with the way the products are cutting through the lime and soap scum in the bathrooms and kitchen. Things are starting to sparkle.

I would like to give the service more time before recommending it to others.

The products used not only clean, but have a good smell too...

Everyone at Merry Maids has always been very professional, courteous and thorough.

A week ago when the house was cleaned, I noticed that the dresser in our bedroom was justed "around" the objects on the dresser and that had never happened before. I also noticed that the pine needles left over from Christmas were still laying on the floor underneath a chair and all over the hearth on the fireplace.

I love having the cleaning done by Merry Maids. I do wish I knew they would come at the same time each month. First name removed Riggs Meyer

I think one improvement of service would be if the same personal clean the home each time. I think Dara and Melisa did a great job on my home and I would like for them to be scheduled each time.

First visit after the "big cleeaning" the stove wasn't cleaned very well. It improved on second cleaning.

the ladies worked very hard, scrubbing the floor on their hands and knees, getting into the corners I haven't been able to in years. They gave me my home back.

My overall impression was very good. Everything smelled so fresh and clean. The women were very professional and thorough and did exactly what I requested.

Sometimes the cleaning is better than other times, but overall the cleaning just seems to be done in such a way as to just get done in a hurry without concern for doing a good job; certainly not thorough cleaning. After MM has been here I've had dirty window sills, mirrors so streaked that they looked worse after MM was here, a "swipe" across my dining room table so that I could easily see the "swipe" through dust, nothing ever cleaned up high such as the tops of things, decorative items around the bathtub never dusted, and tops of wall lights in the bathroom not dusted. I've even had counter tops in the kitchen not cleaned thoroughly. The kitchen floor has always been cleaned well, but I've found dust/dirt in the corners of the foyer floor. What could make it better?? Just do a more thorough job. I was here one time for the whole time the 2 girls were here and they were done in an hour. I don't care how good someone might be at cleaning, there is no way even two people can clean my house thoroughly in one hour.

I called to have another bathroom cleaned, on request, and the message did not get to the actual crew. I returned from a trip and called MM the next day to tell them and they immediately sent a crew out, but my guest arrived to a not-clean bathroom.
I wish there were some email or online way to make these requests.

Friendly and cooperative maids. Thorough and efficient service.

Girls do a good job and don't waste any time while working.

Always cheerful. Products are pretty eco-friendly. If you don''t do it right or to our expectations you fix it.
