I still feel you could use a better kind of vacuum, that gets to the edge of the base boards.

The ladies were prompt, attentive, friendly and after just a few questions, came in and got right to work. They completed my entire apartment and I think they did a very good job of cleaning everything. And, that is saying alot considering there were some places that probably hadn't been cleaned in a very long time as I had been there for 10 years.
Fireplace mantel, toilets, and tables were not cleaned at all or poorly. Floors and vacuuming are clean and look great but cleaning in all areas are spotty at best. Disappointed after very pleased on first visit.

We are always very happy with the quality of cleaning that we get. We have an awesome team leader, named Angie, and she does a fantastic job. I also like that the few times over the years that we have had a less than quality job, (never if Angie was here!) the company has done a great job of taking care of the issue.

The professional attitude of the individuals who clean our home. They are courteous and responsive. They also focus on detail. I don't feel like they rush to clean my home, but rather pay attention to the important details. It is value for the money.
We just started using Merry Maids and once we get use to them and their way of cleaning, I am sure my recommendation will go up.
The consistency of the team leader (Ashley) and there work ethic. They show up on time and do their work with professionalism and integrity. I also do not have to watch over them as they work to see if they are doing all they say they are doing. I would highly recommend Merry Maids to others and I do.

Do you do baseboards? Do you wipe fingerprints from doors? Do you wipe down kitchen cabinets?
They stole money from me & broke my sink. Nothing can make this right. I simply don't trust you.
