The ladies that come and clean for us are very nice and very trust worthy. We feel safe with them in our home and they always do a good job. It is nice to come home after our home is cleaned you can tell it has been done by the look and smell.

I have been a Merry Maids customer many years and at first I was completely satisfied. Laztely the quality of your performence has gone down. In the beginning you provided the same workers and I was pleased with their experiennce and performance. Lately I never know who is coming and what time they will show up. This is very distracting to me. As a result the quality of work has gone from good to fair and in some cases poor. This last week the quality of work was very poor. I can only hope you will do something to improve the service you have been providing.

Friendly, cheerful, thorough, eager to please. Appreciated that even when they washed some of my dishes, they used their own towels to dry them. Appreciated the lemon oil used on my woodwork. $45 per hour is much more than several of my friends who have regular housekeeping done pay their cleaners, and is prohibitive to my using Merry Maids on any kind of regular basis, but they"ve been great both times I've used them for special situations.

my house is less than 1000, one level and and it cost 90-105 to clean, thats too much. alsoi found where the floors werent cleaned and just expected it to be cleaner for that price.

I believe you have done a much better job the past few times on my home, especially the floors. I am a single man in a large home and I keep it very neat. It should be a very easy job so my expectations are that they go a little above and beyond in some areas while they are there. I am much more pleased now.

I like that no matter how messy or dirty my home is they don't make me feel bad or embarrassed. which I often am. I also like the special attention rooms.

My maids are great!

The maids were at my house way too long. This caused me to miss an appointment and class. By the time they left, I was worn out. I also had to have them come back because they missed quite a bit the first time. I also found them to be a little clumsy. Right now I am not sure if I will re-hire you or not.

The house is always clean - and smells nice! The gals are always really nice to my dog, which I really appreciate.

I don't think the cleaning as been working out for me. I will no longer need your services. Thank you
