Not good cleaning, not doing things according to commitment
Iwould like to have an idea as to what time they are coming. Maybe remember to sweep underfurniture in living room. Ladies are very friendly and professional.

The last two cleanings have been less than satisfactory.
The rags being used on glass and mirrors are leaving them worse than what they were before
cleaning girls. The tv in family room and microwave in kitchen were overlooked.
Wood floor was lightly swept and not moped.
Amber usually does a good job and I do believe her not having a strong partner has affected

I have really high standards. I think they are doing a good job, but little details could be better. I have to fix my curtains, they don't spread them out after dusting the blinds. For 2 weeks there is a spider web at the top of my stairs that gas missed, even though I specifically mentioned it.
Our house looked sparkling clean and fragrence of the products were really good.

I really like the two Merry Maids(Tracy and Kathy)who are pleasant and work steadily while thoroughly cleaning my home. When they leave my home it is clean and fresh and inviting.
They take care with my belongings and I never feel that I have to check their work or micromanage their cleaning. We briefly go over at the start what needs to be done and they proceed with their tasks.
I love the smell when I walk in. I love the clean and shine.

My house was so clean and a pleasure to come home to. We had been away for a year and to move back into a fresh, clean home took a big burden off of us allowed us to move in much more easily!
The first session was not perfect.there were some area still dusty.
