Everything looked great, wonderful attention to detail
Clean the mildew in the shower.
I like that I don't clean toilets or floors. I wish that more little cleaning was regularly done. For instance, cleaning the basket and neck in kitchen sink, or wiping the baseboards, or vacumming behind furniture that you can see under. Otherwise, I like their visits.
I like not having to clean as much.
I like how consistently reliable your service and people are.
prefer to have regular cleaning crew so I don't have to explain every time to new people what needs to be done, as it seems like we have better cleaning when we have the same crew.
It is helpful to know that there are trustworthy people coming into your home and taking the time in helping to keep my home clean. Its hard with my busy schedule to vacuum so thank you for everything

I have put in a request for TJ to come every time at least 6 times. My requests are continually ignored. I have given up. I am considering a switch
I think they work too quickly -- maybe take a little more time. Floors aren't always as clean as they could be for one thing. Not sure they get down on their hands and knees as we were told they would be doing when we first interviewed with Shauna Finley. But otherwise they do a fairly decent job.
Merry Maids does a great job
Very unhappy at present --after being a client since 1990, disturbed by the situation with Sylvia Allen Tolbert. She has been the hardest working, most devoted employee Merry Maids has ever had.She is definitely responsible for helping to build that franchise. The loss of a car to someone with less seniority, and other factors leading to her leaving/firing has caused me to reevaluate whether I want to do business with merry maids.

The service scheduling is very communicative and flexible, which is very important to us. The cleaning stuff is very friendly and professional.
The professionalism of the staff. I feel I can trust them. They do a good job of cleaning.
More consistent cleaning, would really like to have the same crew for consistency in cleaning monthly. Each time something is missed or not cleaned as well. The area under the sofa in my family room is never cleaned. I have to say that the bathrooms are generally done very well.

Really loved the girls that came. The one thing I would request is to please be as quiet as possible when doing the service (talked to me while on the phone with client) and to please get an email or text a few days before cleaning person comes and any requests. I have a mean cat would have liked to make sure I moved her first before cleaning rooms. I realize they are in a hurry.. but love to request that first. It upsets the cat and I am sure they didn't like it!

The staff are very professional. The company is bonded and insured. It's nice to know that I can trust them in my home and with my pet when I'm not there. It's a joy to come home from a long day at work to a nice, clean and orderly home. I love it when it's cleaning day!
