I don't have to clean the bathrooms! Also I don't clean the kitchen.
Didn't get all things, clean, dusted or swept. I was disappointed in the length of time some of the maids stayed. 1/2 hr. Just not up to the standards I have for cleaning my house. I gave Sylvia a typed of list that I expected the maids to complete every 2 weeks and some items once a month. I told her that if things weren't completed as listed Id have to let them go. The requests were not above what was expected from MM office and the maids themselves. 9/4/2014: The last time they did a good job and we would like to have those girls back to clean for us as long as the housework is completed completely. The ladies who usually come to my house are outstanding. They are an essential part of my life. My job demands a lot. I would love to do it all but I can't. The ladies come and clean and they are friendly and professional. They help make this house run. Everything smells fresh and clean when they leave and that's hard for a one woman and the rest smelly guys. Thank you!
- Would like crew to come earlier than 9am; prefer arrival at approx. 8:40am. (We open at 8:30am.)
- Send same crew; when different crews come I have to take time out to explain to them what needs to be done.
Please turn off all lights before leaving. After your first visit, almost half of the house lights were left on.
It's clean without a chemical smell
I'd like to have my upholstery furniture and window shades vacuumed more thoroughly.
I don't like that new people are constantly coming to my house AFTER I had requested specific people. And some of the ladies do not clean everything they are supposed to they don't always vacuum my furniture, most don't sweep/mop my laundry room. The service just isn't consistent.
It is all in the details.

Not sure. Always do a good job as far as I can tell.
Normally I would recommend higher but this last cleaning was subpar. None of our trash cans were emptied in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. The coffee tables weren't touched as there still was dust & the floors were poorly sweeped as there were dust bunnies present in several corners. I'm not sure what happened this week but I was not very happy when I had to re-clean for our dinner tonight.
Sometimes after cleaning when I clean up a spill on the hardwood part of my kitchen or 1/2 bath floor, the "clean-up" rag is very dirty, and all the corners of the Master bath have pink mold growing that has been there for at least 2 cleanings (I plan to clean myself this w/e). I am not sure, but maybe this type thing is taken care of during " special attention". And, re. The kitchen floor, I ask that the Bona system be used after the usual vinaigrette and water cleaning, and, I don't know if some think that Bona is all that is wanted. I sometimes forget to mention this to the ones cleaning as when I do, the floor does not have the dirty rag problem. Otherwise, I am usually very pleased with the cleaning. First name removed
The gals - Sherry and Erica - are great! They work quickly and efficiently. I love to have a clean house. The price is affordable and fair. As long as I can afford it, I will have Merry Maids clean my house once a month.
Sometimes different people show up. Sometimes one person and sometimes two and I never know when they will arrive. Inconsistency in cleaning. Sometimes they seem to do a great job and other times not so great.
I like the floors and wood furniture really shiny. The main improvement would be polishing wood furniture.

The ladies that clean the house this past week did not dust in the family room on the tables and the wood furniture, so I had to do that later that evening and in the main bed room the night stand was not dusted as well. Cob webs where not removed from the inside of the house.
Love my regular girls. They are friendly and professional. i LOVE THE CINNIMIN CLEANER.
