What our clients think of us!

Overall our cleaning was good. I left a few specific instructions (2-3) and only one of them was completed. Also, we sort of expected more from the first big cleaning since we paid an extra $80. Hardwood floors were still pretty dirty and really streaked downstairs, rugs and furniture were not vacuumed, and many of the counter tops were not cleaned thoroughly with spray (there was still food on them). We also left a note for front and back glass doors to be cleaned and one of them was not touched for certain. When I noticed that the rugs in the living room looked dirty I pulled out my vacuum just to see what I would pick up in from the living room rug after MM was here and the canister on my vacuum was half full after vacuuming the two rugs in the house (and it's an old vacuum so it's not that powerful).

I recognize that over time things will "level out" and that it can't be perfect. We don't expect perfection for sure. However, if we note that pet hair is an issue and that we want furniture cleaned off and to clean paw marks off the glass doors we sort of expect an attempt. :) We're going to give it a couple of more tries and we feel pretty certain that it will all be great in the end! Looking forward to the next cleaning. We;ll be sure to leave a reminder about areas that might need more attention.

It doesn't appear that all items are always completed. Last week, the ladies vacumed a couple rooms and let us know that it was done as a courtesy. That was very gracious. Yet the stove drip pans, etc were left undone.

You could send me the same team each time. As soon as the women get to know my house they disappear and another group comes in. Continuity means that the women know what to dust when, and the house looks so much better. I really cannot fault the women who clean, but they never have the chance to become familiar with my house.

I believe that you would need to have the helpers do what the associate wrote down on the list each time they come and that does not always happen in our home, then I have to follow up by cleaning and it is very hard to do when I am taking care of an alzheimers patient 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Also I have not gotten my dates and times for this coming year as i am still planning on using you folks. Thank you and have a great holiday with your family and friends.
