Friendly people and sweet-smelling products.

For the past few months some cleaning items are not being done complete. I have to leave notes and have had to call. I have been a customer for a long time and have been disappointed for the past few times. I am hopeful that things will improve. Cleaning the toilets good, wiping off soap dispensers, cleaning the floor in between the washer and dryer are a few items that I have to come home and do or redo after the ladies have been here to clean. The bed is sometimes made to the point that I have to redo the sheets. Thank you, I am hopeful that things will improve and I will be happy as I have been in the past.

I like everything. The people are wonderful and very efficient. I feel very happy to have them in my home.

I love the smell!! I love walking into a clean house. I like the cheerfulness of the cleaners.

I would like more thorough dusting - under the items on furniture when most things have been cleared off, along baseboards, in the corners of the stairs where cobwebs collect.

I dust after vacuuming, instead of before. I think vacuuming raises dust and leaves a layer of dust on furniture you've just cleaned.

Merry Maids uses commercial-grade products that gets tough areas clean. Lisa & Judy were excellent.They got a stain off my counter that no other team got off for 9 months.

In the beginning, we had trouble getting regular cleaners. We had 2 that were very good. Later, we were able to secure that team.

The ladies are very nice, polite and professional. Their service is consistently very good.

I don't have to clean the bathrooms! Also I don't clean the kitchen.

Didn't get all things, clean, dusted or swept. I was disappointed in the length of time some of the maids stayed. 1/2 hr. Just not up to the standards I have for cleaning my house. I gave Sylvia a typed of list that I expected the maids to complete every 2 weeks and some items once a month. I told her that if things weren't completed as listed Id have to let them go. The requests were not above what was expected from MM office and the maids themselves. 9/4/2014: The last time they did a good job and we would like to have those girls back to clean for us as long as the housework is completed completely. The ladies who usually come to my house are outstanding. They are an essential part of my life. My job demands a lot. I would love to do it all but I can't. The ladies come and clean and they are friendly and professional. They help make this house run. Everything smells fresh and clean when they leave and that's hard for a one woman and the rest smelly guys. Thank you!

- Would like crew to come earlier than 9am; prefer arrival at approx. 8:40am. (We open at 8:30am.)
- Send same crew; when different crews come I have to take time out to explain to them what needs to be done.

Please turn off all lights before leaving. After your first visit, almost half of the house lights were left on.
