More consistency in cleaning, some of your staff clean better than others. I would really like the same crew everytime but I have told that is not possible. I would like to see baseboards cleaned better when floors are done. Very pleased with how well the bathrooms are cleaned however!

Perhaps take more time to dust or be a little bit more thorough when dusting.

Jessica and Alice were very pleasant and did a great job. They left the house clean and smelling fresh! We would like to have them clean our house on a regular basis.

Everything was well attended to. We really liked how the large appliances in the kitchen were cleaned on the outside and the inside of the microwave as well. Changing the sheets on our bed was a nice touch, too.

Here is a list of things that weren't done at my last cleaning on 2/20.

I would like to see more attention to detail.

Outside door of microwave not wiped down. Still had food on it.
Entry way was not swept or mopped; still had dust and foot prints.
The trash bag was left on the floor in my dining room.
Kitchen table still had food stuck to it.
Light over kitchen table not dusted.

Love coming home and seeing the clean floors, shiny bathrooms, dusted furniture ~ due to asthma ( which I failed to mention upon 1st meeting with you ) i am unable to tolerate any fragrant sprays or cleaners..so while the cinnamon spray is great for others, not so great for me.
I was very pleased that the ladies did well with Max (my dog) and left such a nice note.

The "regular" crews follow the written directions/preferences very well each time. I had to reschedule recently and that crew didn't seem to have the info for our house.

I like the flexibility in scheduling and the way the cleaners make my house look perfect when I walk in!!

Once again we came home to find two of our bathroom towels completely wet and smelling that cat urine. We don't have cats. Where is the smell coming from?

More reliable on calls before and after cleaning done and time of arrival.

More training (or maybe a better way to document and relay the needs of each particular house.) There is inconsistency between personnel; some do well at dusting the small things, others do not. Some mop all the way to the corners and behind the sofa (which stands away from the wall) and some do not. I want the plantation shutters dusted, which I try to remember to say (but sometimes I forget); it would help if that was simply in the notes and they know in advance. Since I rarely see the same team, I feel like I have to explain everything all over again every time. And yet, if they are professionals, they should be able to clean this house from top to bottom without my input.
