I have put in a request for TJ to come every time at least 6 times. My requests are continually ignored. I have given up. I am considering a switch

I think they work too quickly -- maybe take a little more time. Floors aren't always as clean as they could be for one thing. Not sure they get down on their hands and knees as we were told they would be doing when we first interviewed with Shauna Finley. But otherwise they do a fairly decent job.

Merry Maids does a great job

Very unhappy at present --after being a client since 1990, disturbed by the situation with Sylvia Allen Tolbert. She has been the hardest working, most devoted employee Merry Maids has ever had.She is definitely responsible for helping to build that franchise. The loss of a car to someone with less seniority, and other factors leading to her leaving/firing has caused me to reevaluate whether I want to do business with merry maids.

Lower prices!

The professional attitude and the effort to do it right the first time. I took several crews before we found the right ones!

The service scheduling is very communicative and flexible, which is very important to us. The cleaning stuff is very friendly and professional.

The professionalism of the staff. I feel I can trust them. They do a good job of cleaning.

More consistent cleaning, would really like to have the same crew for consistency in cleaning monthly. Each time something is missed or not cleaned as well. The area under the sofa in my family room is never cleaned. I have to say that the bathrooms are generally done very well.

My home smells fresh and it looks very clean.

Really loved the girls that came. The one thing I would request is to please be as quiet as possible when doing the service (talked to me while on the phone with client) and to please get an email or text a few days before cleaning person comes and any requests. I have a mean cat would have liked to make sure I moved her first before cleaning rooms. I realize they are in a hurry.. but love to request that first. It upsets the cat and I am sure they didn't like it!

I have not had anyone do a great job at dusting. Is it against policy to lift up an item that may be on a table so that one may dust underneath it? I often have to dust again because the missed areas are visible.

Crews have always been very friendly and have inquired into whether or not their work is satisfactory.

I don't know much about your products, but I love Sara and Alyona.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to give feedback. Please know that I am not a critical person, however, I have noticed a decline in what I would call "baseline" services. For example, last week it was obvious that my kitchen floor was not mopped and the bedroom blinds were not dusted. These are things I was told would be done each and every cleaning. Also, a dirty rag was left in the bathroom. It makes me ask the question if you are putting your staff on a timeline & what ever they get done in that timeframe is what I get???
