you overcharged me for floor cleaning only. i called the person who scheduled it and she gave me no help. she said the lowest fee was $100 per hour. which is fine, but the girls were at my house for 1 hour and 15 minutes and my fee was $180; that is $90/hr for minimal service. not happy at all

I love having Merry Maids clean my house. The ladies are personable and efficient. They are in and out in a short period of time and the result is a clean house. since I have pets, they pay attention to vacuuming. My kitchen and hall floors just shine!
If I ask them to help me make the bed, they are more than willing to do so.
In short, they are thorough and nice to have around. also, they do not waste time but get right to work.
Areas were left uncleaned (there were a couple paint cans on the floor that weren't moved to clean under/behind), walls were not wiped down and left dusty from floor refinish.
Love the dusting product and wish you would sell it to use in between cleanings.

Not on schedule, Called off the second day. Not able to stick to deadlines
After a long break for construction needs I was so excited to resume weekly cleaning. However the two employees were grumbling audibly about "how long since she has been cleaned?" They both also complained to me about walking in to find remodeling in process.
Two rooms on the main floor were still under construction which I said to obviously skip. However they skipped the entire main floor and basement. Furthermore, the quality of cleaning in the master bath was less than my 5 year old could accomplish. Very disappointed and on the verge of cancellation. I will pay whatever is charged for an adequate service but this does not foot the bill.

Better communication from the office to the working staff on the job site. There have been numerous times when the staff instruction sheet was unclear and not specific enough. Providing the customer the same sheet as the on-site staff would help clarify expectations and improve communication between all parties (office staff, on-site staff, customer). It would also reduce confusion, disappointment and frustration by all involved.
The sinks are left dirty every time and every time , I need to dust after the ladies leave. I'm also not sure if any of the floors are ever done.
Missed some areas. Too many cleaners. Didn't know who wa doing what.

I really like one of the girls a lot. Amy Last name removed is the best. She does a good job and works by herself. She is respectful of my home. She will ask if she can do anything else for me. I like the products used. My house does smell clean when the girls leave.
I'm impressed with the work your cleaning team does. They are fast. I would prefer two cleaners instead of one. I would like to have the same team as much as possible.
everyone was very nice! Just a few things I noticed that weren't wiped down around my office area and behind doors for cobwebs. Otherwise, both were very nice ladies. I intend to continue utilizing the great efforts and teams at Merry Maids!
