I really like one of the girls a lot. Amy Last name removed is the best. She does a good job and works by herself. She is respectful of my home. She will ask if she can do anything else for me. I like the products used. My house does smell clean when the girls leave.

I'm impressed with the work your cleaning team does. They are fast. I would prefer two cleaners instead of one. I would like to have the same team as much as possible.

everyone was very nice! Just a few things I noticed that weren't wiped down around my office area and behind doors for cobwebs. Otherwise, both were very nice ladies. I intend to continue utilizing the great efforts and teams at Merry Maids!

We have used Merry Maids for the past year and a half on a bi-week.y basis. We are very happy with their service.

Follow our original agreed upon instructions more closely - specifically like sweeping the front porch, cleaning floors under the furniture too, and not arriving before 10:00 am. These things get missed regularly.

I do admit to having a hard time asking people to go back over things once they are ready to leave, so it's partly on me, but I am not a supervisor type of person. And I'm probably not the only one. It's part of the reason why I would engage a service like Merry Maids.

The early arrival problem is a real annoyance to me since I am up late on a regular basis.

I would not have known the first cleaning occurred if I hadn't seen the crew in my home. Had to call to schedule recleaning. Second cleaning was acceptable, but then we were overbilled. Offered a fifth cleaning for free for our troubles, but this was already on our account. No part of this experience went well. We paid extra to have headaches.

When we got home a small piece of a blind had broken off and a ceiling vent was laying on the ground. Also, I found a few areas in the master shower that were missed. Generally though I very impressed with everything else. Finding the inside of my microwave to be clean was an exciting surprise. I thought the upstairs bathroom floors would look a little cleaner than they were but the main level flooring blew me away.

The complete list of services are not completed at every visit unless I leave a note specifying not to skip them. For example, the washing of hardwoods and the shower and bath tiled walls.

I was told when I received the original quote these were part of the standard cleaning. But I transferred from 1 location to another, same problem. I shouldn't have to ask for what I thought I was being charged for.

The ladies who did our service did a great job on most rooms, but skipped the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. I expected a lot from a deep clean, especially considering I paid $150 extra.

I would have preferred to know they were going to be an hour later than scheduled.

Merry Maids is very reliable and has been extremely flexible when we have needed to reschedule cleanings. Overall very consistent cleanings. Price is reasonable for the service delivered.
