My wood floors! It seems as if there's no consistent way they are being cleaned. Sometimes they will do a great job and the floors will look great, other times its a dull film thats left with swipe marks. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. I wish they'd send 2 people to do my home, but i understand youre trying to get more bang for your buck.

I feel the service is consistent each cleaning and reliable.

More consistency in cleaning experience and care toward personal property. I like the text reminders I get now.

The last visit was the worst. The kitchen sink didn't even get cleaned. The master bedroom floor was not clean. I really don't know what the problem is and I hate confrontations with people. They don't even ask if everything is ok; they just pop out the front door and leave before I realize what has happened. I try to be patient with people but I find that the last few visits have just left me more and more frustrated.

We are very happy with the service we get. We have used Merry Maids for two years and get the same crew every time. They are thorough and efficient, know us, our pets and our home.

I'm not familiar with what products are used. The ladies who come here are a good team and work well together to get the job done.

1.Lights were left on and with it being unoccupied it was several days before anyone was there to notice and turn them off.

2. Most of the lighting fixtures still had thick dust on them as well as the walls.

3. Call to let them know about this and was told they would call me back about fixing this and have still not received a call.

What would you do to make this right ?

Merry Maids are GREAT!

Cleaning under things, cleaning around windows and doors and making sure that the lights they turn on is off when they leave. If lights are on when they arrive, leave those lights on.

Cleaning is consistently good. Office staff is always very nice, cooperative and pleasant to deal with.

You are available for extra cleanings, you bring your own supplies, you're prompt, you send the same people whenever possible.

The quality of work has decreased from Merry Maids. While the women who service our house are incredibly friendly and we adore them - we've gotten to the point where our entire basement has been skipped, vacuuming has not been done (we have pets so it is incredibly obvious when vacuuming has been skipped in any room), surfaces out in the open haven't been dusted to the point that it's gotten so noticeable that I've had to go around dusting; something I don't mind doing but have some trouble with knowing that we're paying a company to do the exact thing I'm now spending my weekends doing. On multiple occasions the Merry Maids contractors were at our house for approximately one hour - we have a three story house; even without the evidence of missed areas, there is little to no way they were able to clean three floors in one hour, even with two people.

As to the women who service our house - they do amazing work in our kitchen and our bathrooms are always spotless - they are friendly and personable and a complete joy to work with. In my humble opinion, it seems Merry Maids has some time frame scheduling for each house, and the contractors do their best to pick what needs to be cleaned and what can be touched on, in order to fit the schedule. While we don't fault the women, it's clear Merry Maids' policies aren't prioritizing it's customers.

We've called in and spoken to Merry Maids on numerous occasions and sometimes someone is sent out to fix the issue and sometimes nothing happens. We've finally reached the point where we're ready to actively look for another company; we hope to stay with Merry Maids but not if we're not getting the service we're paying for.

Team was two hours late. Bathrooms floors were not cleaned. Sediment ad Kleenex on the floor there and also under my bed after a specific request that carpet be used to clean under the bed. Large area in the bedroom not vacuumed and light furniture not moved to access it.
It was not even a normal much less a deep cleaning.

I am a single mom with 2 jobs and I honestly just don't have time to keep the house clean. The girls that come to clean my house are super sweet and they do an amazing job. Having them come and help clean the house takes a load off my to do list.

My house always looks beautiful when merry Maids have been to clean.
I also appreciate that they work around my dogs! Thank you!
