Thorough cleaning

I think one of the workers during our cleaning was new. While I’ll note this was our first cleaning and I’m sure there was plenty to clean... we would have appreciated some finer attention to details. We found plenty of surfaces that were not sufficiently wiped down(e.g. you could see where they drug a duster/rag across the surface but dust remained around their attempts.

They go the extra mile!

-Visible cobwebs still in bathroom.
-Entry by backdoor not swept at conclusion. Visible debris.
-Bed not made very tight, fitted sheet not pulled entirely over mattress.
-Kitchen light fixture over sink, not cleaned.
-Lots of things not put back in their place. Speakers in living room, frames in spare room, frame in sun room, items on glass shelves by breakfast bar, etc.
-Trash underneath kitchen sink not taken out.
Overall, not very much attention to detail.
First experience was a little disappointing. They did come back the next day and take care of the things that were missed. I hope next week’s visit is better!

The "maids" are friendly and listen well to what is needed. Most of the time they are attentive to details although now and then one of them gets in a hurry..

The ladies are professional. They are quick and come on time. I am very pleased with the work that they have done.

The cleaners were friendly and did a thorough job.

Sharon and Tara did the best cleaning that I have had in a long time! Hope I see them again!

Their cleaning wasn't worth $150.00 plus tip. I ended up re-cleaning areas and cleaning areas they completely neglected. Not worth the money at all! I wish I could get a refund or some money back becuase they did not do a deep clean like they were supposed to.
