the bathtub still had soap scum we do have well water the other bathroom was great , the kitchen floor could have been better ,the Lady that first came out said they scrub your floor on hands and knees .
I think maybe they wiped it down. and I was do $20.00 off for new customer but did not get that.

You do a decent job and short on time

This last clean was good but the previous cleans I feel like the girls were in in about within an hour hour and half. And basically did a basic surface clean. I don’t feel like I get good deep clean.

They made our home feel like and look like a hotel!

This was the first time I had Merry Maids in my home so it was a huge cleaning job! The two ladies worked very hard all day and did a great job. I was so impressed and look forward to the next time they come!

I like the attention they give to my home. Efficient and genial with breakables. They dust with rag not feather duster and scrub floors like I use to, on my knees.

Friendly employees and they do good surface cleaning. You are flexible with scheduling and the office is always ready to help.

They are industrious young ladies who do a great job!! I'm definitely going to continue having them back to clean my house for the foreseeable future.

My house always looks fantastic after being cleaned. I love coming home to it. I also love how consistently good everything is done.

I just had my first cleaning last week. The girls did a great job on what got cleaned, but there were a few things that could have been better. My scheduled time that day was for them to come between 11am-1pm. I got a call around 12:30pm that the team was running behind and it would be between 2pm-3pm. They arrived around 3:15pm. They also didn’t have any garbage bags left and had to ask where my garbage was to use the bag. There was also one bedroom that got missed. I was happy though with what they cleaned and they were flexible when I added on one more bathroom which was great. Just a few things I wasn’t impressed with.

We way over paid for the work done to our house. We eliminated all of the toilets and the entire spare bedroom/bathroom in a small 2 bedroom townhome. Chairs were not put back in their proper place, floor boards and walls were not washed where there were spots or dust. There was water left in the tub (which we were told the tub wouldn't drain, but it was drained with a mess at the bottom upon arrival). The team gave me an 11-1pm arrival window. I was at the house from 12-1 on my lunch break waiting and they did not show up on time. As I had to return to work, I had to leave a key underneath the flower pot to let them in, and I wasn't happy about letting people into my home for '3-4 hours' (although they were not there that long I can tell), without even meeting them. Very disappointed for the price that we paid.

We love our merry maids -- Misty and Trish. However, the last maid we had who subbed for them, didn't do as good a job as them.

And, we are now offering the maids to use our vacuum cleaner as it is a lot more powerful and does a much better job than the one they have.

Hello, it was left nice, clean and tidy.

I am not sure of the products you use but they are great. My dark kitchen cabinets always look great after the ladies leave.
And my wood floors look amazing.

Judy and Amber are fantastic! They are thorough and even take my dog out if he needs a midday potty.

Although the service is reliable (which I very much appreciate), girls don't seem to know what services to perform at my house. I usually leave a list of things to be done like wash the ceramic entry floor or dust. Sometimes, it is completed, sometimes not. Sometimes the backsplash is wiped; sometimes it is neglected. Girls leave the bedspread turn the wrong way & with sheets hanging out.

Team was very professional and did a great job. Very detail oriented.
