We recently had some work done and Lucus from Service Master coordinated the project. It was finished to our complete satisfaction.
Quick responses, easily contacted, gave updates on progression of demolition & restoration (after flooded basement). Everyone including sub- contractors were pleasant to work with.
I had my father dieing at home and pass away in the middle of December, so my stress level was very high. To wake to water was a nightmare. The team came in and took over, and delt with everything. The guys were so sweet!! I'm blown away with the kindness, the patience they had for my questions and how well it all turned out. I'm more then happy . I've been telling EVERYONE that if they have a flood or damage, this is the place to call. A nightmare turned into an experience that was not stressful as I thought it was going to be.
