Servicemaster Niagara is an excellent team. They came with an hour of our house starting to flood, and immediately began emergency medication. The ServiceMaster team was well managed , disciplined and as a consequence they were prompt to respond , displayed good knowledge about how to deal with the damaged areas and the manager was able to clearly explain options and best avenues of rehabilitation.
This was followed by a well thought out scope of work for the rehabilitation , a realistic execution plan , and a work schedule and detailed cost estimate that was reviewed by, and bought into ,
by the insurance company and myself.
The work was was subsequently executed in a timely manner per plan and schedule. The work was of very good quality and clean-up was thorough after each work day.
I can say I was very impressed as a person who had spent much of his career in the International EPC business.
