They were organized in their approach to restoring to the original shape. Everyone that came to work on the project were excellent .

One service that looks after every aspect of a household disaster from removing water in the case of a flood, to serving as a liaison with insurance, to documenting what is damaged and discarding it, and removing and storing what is still good. A flood is time sensitive and requires an immediate response . I’m not sure how we would have dealt with our flood without their help. I look forward to working with them on the restoration of our basement.

Very friendly team! The packing up of our belongings was so efficient and organized (special thanks to Jordan for that awesomeness!).
I was away (husband at work during the day) when the majority of the work (floor being ripped out due to flood) was to be done. They accommodated this with a lockbox and were extra careful with our dogs who were upstairs. I’m sure they had to put up with a ton of barking but they got the job done before I came back from my trip.
Thanks to Will who answered all of my questions and was just an overall nice person. Thanks again to all of you who helped fix the mess that was my basement!! It is very much appreciated.

Personal contact during process

I was extremely happy with Service Master Restoration Service The first contact with David Dyck at about 9pm on a Friday night of a long weekend, David was ready to come out to assist in start to care of me. I had a flood in my house and all my floors had to be replaced.

The next morning David was out to assess damages and he had a crew bring in equipment to dry out my house. I knew then that I was in great hands. They took care of everything. They came in, pack up my house, *took it to storage and moved me back, setting as much as they could back to the original locations.

They took away the stress and dealt with all the trades, while keeping me updated at all times. They were wonderful to work with, from the project manager, to all the other people, who made things happen in a timely manner.

They took all they stress away!!!

Came quickly and were thorough. Left the flooded garage clean and ready to be repaired. Only slight issue was a language barrier with the workers but we worked through it. they certainly were hard workers and worked long hours.
