Service was prompt and professional. It was very seamless and simple applying insurance to the job order. Project manager was very patient as there were delays caused by me. His scheduling was outstanding. Each of the different trade(s) professionals were exactly that, professional, contracted or otherwise. I also commend ServiceMaster with providing your trade(s) professionals with customer service tools, to action any unexpected issues, and follow up contact.
The only negative issue is that ServiceMaster doesn't source/ manage plumbers within the the job ??? Had to source a plumber, and pay for that portion separately. So service wasn't quite seamless, but close.
