Rob Hartman was the associate of Service Master that worked with me on an insurance claim I had for a floor replacement. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. He recommended that I should use Derek at West Valley Flooring and Derek and his crew have done a superb job on my new floor and he as well was always there for me.
Rob has been amazing. I have had so many questions for him throughout this work and he was helpful with each and every question I had for him and there were many. He also advised me of things that always worked well for me. I never had to wait for him to answer my calls or my messages. I live alone and he sent two nice ladies here to help me unpack and clean up. They were great as well. He came back to my home yesterday when all of the work was completed to check that everything was done properly.
He made this ordeal so so much easier than I ever thought it could be. You should be very proud of Rob.

Our contractors were amazing, they left our basement in better shape than before. The entire team has been sympathetic to the situation, and helpful in coordinating the claim and work. This is our second time working with them and will definitely do so in the future if needed.

Workmanship was great and the workers were very good and easy to talk to.
First and most important Mathew provided his mobile phone number in the event that we had any questions, problems or comments. Communication between Mathew and ourselves was excellent, either speaking or texting. As several different teams, each providing a different service to get us back to move in condition were necessary, I anticipated delays. I was totally off base. Every team was on time of a little early. All teams worked efficiently finishing their tasks in the allotted time or ahead of schedule. The Decor Flooring team worked from 9am to 7pm getting our new floor and baseboards installed a day ahead of schedule and did a great job. A small problem getting a large built-in item back in place properly was handled quickly with a call to Mathew. He visited our home assessed the situation and made a call. The next day the finishing team was back, and in an hour, all was done to our complete satisfaction.
Every individual associated with SeviceMaster treated us and our home with respect. No team left our property without first asking us to come and inspect the work they had performed.
We were happy with the process and pleased with the result.
