The project manager who came to work with us was very helpful and available for questions, and he explained everything thoroughly. The workers came quickly to deal with our emergency, spent the time that was required to dry our cottage out completely after major water leakage, and also answered all my questions.
ServiceMaster knows what they're doing. They send in a teams of experts, and they can solve the problem from beginning to end.

Living on the ground floor of a condominium building has been without its challenges.
This is the second time I needed restoration done on my unit because of water leakage from the floors above mine. Service Master quickly responded to my call for service both times. Dan Turner, who was the the project manager this second time around, checked and assessed the damage right away and in a matter of a few days, work started on my unit. It took longer than I expected for the work to be completed but Dan kept me updated and took the time to call me right back to answer questions I might have. Most of the subcontractors that they sent were all very professional in their work and respectful of their surroundings.
In the end, I am happy with the work that they have done and would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration work.
A big thank you to Jeremy and Christina (and her partner—I forget his name!) for taking care of a stressful situation for us. They were all very kind & knowledgeable. They completed the job with care & attention to detail and explained everything to me along the way. They also left the space sparkling clean when they were finished. Thank you again. 10/10 will recommend to family & friends.
