The entire process was very good. Customer service from project manager, adjuster and staff was excellent. Follow up from Bailey, Miguel and staff working in house was clear concise and timely.

Staff are prompt, courteous and walked through the property with us, pointing out priorities and asking out items we may not have noticed.

All the men and women are very nice and explain everything really well. They go above and beyond. I delt with Brandon who was amazing and very helpful. He answered all my questions and got my water issue fixed as fast as he could to get out home back to normal. The gentleman doing my repairs was Chris, he did a fantastic job! Again, they went above and beyond and made my water issue much easier to deal with. All the staff are very friendly and experienced. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster in Tillsonburg. In the future I know I would use again.

Although I had a bit of a wait for everthing to be done, it was understandable given the number of homes across the province that had water damage. The job itself was good, there is no evidence of the water damage.
