They are there in time of crisis, even on a Sunday night, even when there are other catastrophes near and far that they are responsible for, and handle your emergency with efficiency and compassion.
After the emergency is contained they go above and beyond to make sure the water damage is 100% is resolved before proceeding with restoration and repairs, preparing estimates that are fair and thorough, taking the time to explain the extent of the damage and the scheduling of the repairs.
I never felt abandoned; the schedule of visits was timely, respectful and dependable.
Each and every person that was assigned to my claim was highly professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Top marks for the hiring of exceptional staff in every instance of contact.

One observation…..the teams that worked best were when seasoned employees were paired with newer hires. The final clean up team of the damage would have benefited from this type of pairing.

Dealing with an insurance claim is frustrating and can be emotionally draining. ServiceMaster took over all the "hard" work of managing the trades and helping us pick flooring etc. I couldn't imagine going through something like this again without having them there for us.

Excellent communication, above-average professionalism, efficient and prompt. Then add in that you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more respectful group of trades - which was important to us since we work from home and a lot of the repairs had to be completed while we were here. Overall, it was a pleasure to work together to remedy a very unfortunate situation (a vehicle crashed in to our home) and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or call Service Master again.

Quick and accommodating good work
My experience has been very positive for many reasons. The initial response was very quick and all the employees acted in a timely professional manner, making the flooding incident less stressful for me, the homeowner.
The Project Manager provided a helpful, detailed explanation as to the processes / steps involved. The Mitigation Manager and crew got the job cleaned up quickly and Barb's contracted service was also very thorough for their part.
I truly appreciated the Construction Manager's input, advice, patience and quick responses to my inquiries. The suggested /recommended rebuild contractor did an amazing job in reconstructing the basement and was also extremely helpful with his knowledge and expertise in matters foreign to me.
Service Master is highly recommended! Thank you to all involved.
I found your people to be polite and attentive. They were respectful of our home and jobs were done quickly and efficiently.
I do sense there might be the odd communication issue between admin and the field, but if I am correct, it did not impact the job strongly in a negative way.
I will recommend Service Master, but with a caveat regarding there might be intermittent communication issues.
The staff is very polite and vo beyond to please the customer. Also they are very organized and punctual. They work with the customer to make their life easier in difficult time. I am very impressed.
